A beautiful 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on a generous lot. This house has a large living room, the kitchen is quite spacious and a large master suite. The library is a great office/study place but there is also a great space. There is a 5th non-conforming room on the lower level for additional space. A delightful home just minutes from downtown Traverse City & Equestrian Festival

This was a very nice house with plenty of room for our three couples family weekend. It is in a quiet neighborhood a short drive from downtown. The hosts were kind enough to leave a local bottle of wine to welcome us, as well as various snacks, bottled water, and sodas—a really nice touch. And the beds were very comfy!

Working with the owners was amazing. The house was very roomy with an updated kitchen and downstairs living area. We had left a very valuable item behind and they found it and shipped it back to us. Great area, centrally located between casino and downtown area.

Quiet, Spacious & Off the beaten path

We were in Traverse City for a company meeting. The house was a great space for us. It is large, spacious and quiet. It's off the beaten path but close to the lake and not far from downtown Traverse City. The house is well equipped, and the owners are very responsive.

The house was spacious, in a good location and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks, wine, extra toiletries, and generous kitchen/bathroom supplies. Since we are seniors, we would have appreciated grab bars in the bathrooms, a light above the master bathtub, and handrails to the top floor. The host always responded quickly when we had a question.

Great place for a family!

Our whole family stayed here during the Bayshore Marathon this year. The place is huge, plenty of room to sleep, is clean, and has a big yard. Family friendly. It's also a pretty short drive to Traverse City, but far enough that it's quiet. Definitely recommend.

Great home for large families or in our case, a guys golf outing.

Five guys stayed here while 4 were in motor coaches 10 mins down the road. Property and bedrooms are as pictured and were very comfortable. The hosts left a 6 pack of nice beer to welcome my guys which was a touch of class!

Great property, great stay, great hosts

House was clean and huge, lots of sleeping options - TVs everywhere. Hosts were super responsive and very accommodating. Tons of extras: coffee, bottled water, snacks. Could not have asked for anything more. We had a great time.

Location location location

This is an older home with a lot of charm. The extras that the owner provided were over the top. The owner was exceptionally good at communication. Location was perfect and a very quiet neighbourhood. We had so much room to chill away from others. Again, the amenities were top notch

Softball weekend

Sandro was prompt in communication, willing to answer any questions, and provided us some flexibility with check in and out times. The house was clean and met all the needs of the families that stayed there. It’s is located in a nice quiet setting with a view of the bay. We will be back there when we go back up to play!!

So much room

This house is so spacious it's unbelievable. Check in was super easy. There are so many sitting areas, we didn't even use all of them. Host went well above and beyond by leaving snacks, drinks, restaurant recommendations, coffee and all the extras. Everything was so well stocked, from cozy blankets to snuggle in, thick towels, and a kitchen with all rhe amenities. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Air conditioning worked well also. We were a group of six and there was plenty of room. I would recommend this property for sure.

Great hosts. Very laid back about check in and check out times. The bottle of wine and well stocked snacks was a pleasant surprise and above expectations. House has lots of room on a quite dead end street. Hosts are so good they arranged for three deer to graze across the lawn Sunday morning (pun intended).

We loved this place. This was our 4th VRBO with my group of 4 golfers and it was the best stay yet. So many snacks and drinks, we were overwhelmed with the hospitality. Loved it!
