Make Memories at our Spacious 5 Bedroom Lake House right on Lake Murray!

Welcome to your home away from home on beautiful Lake Murray! Plenty of living space for one or multiple families. Inviting open floor plan will keep you and your guests comfortable and enjoying your sweet escape. Comfort and serenity are our goals for you. This spacious chalet is on 1/2 acre, steps from your personal Lake Murray experience.

This lakeside home boasts a beautiful vaulted living room, 5 bedrooms, 8 beds, 3 full bathrooms, a sun room with Pac-man (11 additional games), Pinball machine , full kitchen, loft, deck, gazebo, patio, washer, dryer and more (can sleep 14 max or 15 with an aerobed you provide or pack-n-play we provide). Wifi available. Smart TV mounted above seasonal gas fireplace. Additional smart TV in 2 of the bedrooms.

This tri-level home is a rare find, with a walkout basement on Lake Murray!

Full, private access to house and yard. This lovely home is right on Lake Murray with dock for boat tie-up, swimming and sunning.

2 kayaks, one paddle boat and life jackets for all ages on the premises. Boat ramp and rentals only 1 mile away and stand-up paddle board rentals 5 miles away.


We have installed a full house back-up generator for safety and convenience.

Please review all our amenities as we offer quite a few. Wireless internet, BBQ grill, deck, porch, game room and more for your ease and enjoyment. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, crock-pot and more! Rental waiver must be signed to complete booking.

Instacart available for delivery from Lowes Foods grocery store (and pick-up from multiple stores). 20 miles to beautiful downtown Lexington and quaint downtown Leesville.

A guide book with our recommendations is present in the home & can be viewed at check-in.

Property is available for booking by default April through December. Please inquire about off-season stays, for dates to be manually unblocked.

The game room was a bonus all, ages enjoyed the game room. House was spacious. Nice dock, caught fish off the dock. Had a fun time, even though it was a little rainy during are stay.

Kitchen set up was good. There were a lot of food items left in the cabinets. We moved them to the side and worked around them. Loved the view of the lake and sitting on the deck! Did NOT like the plastic on the mattresses. Causes terrible nite sweats! Loved the privacy of your house!

Family Vacation

We had a great time! We had 11 people and plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed. Alot of fun games and the game room was a hit. Any minor issues were resolved quickly by the owners.

Birthday Weekend & Suprise Engagement

Excellent location for a quiet weekend at the lake. Plenty of room inside and outside for socializing and the layout allows you the freedom to step away and decompress when needed. Also this is one of the better stoked kitchens we have seen and this comes from a group that travels frequently and chooses rentals over hotels. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a lake getaway.

We had a perfect trip! Thank you for being amazing hosts. I can’t think of a single detail that I would change. The house was really well stocked! It was so nice to Instacart from Publix and prepare all of our meals with what was provided in the kitchen. We loved playing games and volleyball on the back lawn….The fire pit and all of the seating was great for summer nights. Lake Murray boat rentals was convenient for our pontoon and for ice stops. We hope to return next summer and do it all over again!!

Perfect wedding weekend

Our family hosted all of the bridesmaids for our daughter’s wedding and this house was perfect! The girls had a blast getting ready in the grand room with beautiful lake views. There was plenty of room to relax and hang out all weekend. Everyone especially loved the game table!!

Great location excellent value

The property was very clean and was well kept. The location was excellent. We had family in for a wedding and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy the long weekend together. We also enjoyed the fire pit and appreciate there already being wood on site.

My husband, son, and I travel a lot, and I have to say this is one of our most favorite rentals ever! Everything about this home was either as pictured or even better. Spotless, gorgeous view, and as a nice surprise, a very fine bottle of wine upon arrival. Communication from the owner was excellent. We will definitely stay here again. Very relaxing!

Annual Vacation

Enjoyed our stay with family and friends. The house was as advertised, great property and location for a relaxing week of enjoyment on the lake. There was an issue with the kitchen floor that had been previously damaged because of the water leak, but the host communicated with me what was going on and there was absolutely no issue with the floor when we checked, would definitely stay at this property again

Family Vacation

Our family from Germany, Oklahoma, and South Carolina gathered at this home for our family vacation at Lake Murray. The owner, Trisha, was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, and flatware. The home is located on a quiet cove with a gentle slope to the dock, which was very helpful for our little ones. We brought our boat for some water sports. Outside of the small cove is a larger cove that is great for wakeboarding, waterskiing, wakesurfing, and anchoring for some float time. We had a fabulous time!

Birthday visit

It was my mom’s 75th birthday and all she wanted was for her whole family to be together. We had family ranging from 16 to 82 and everyone had a great time. The house was perfect, the lake was beautiful and everyone got to enjoy some time on the kayaks! We enjoyed the house very much and would definitely return if the opportunity arises.

Fantastic hidden gem

We had 8 adults for a wedding nearby. The home was perfect and the weather was beautiful. The 11 spaniels across the lake provided enjoyable entertainment. Kitchen is very well socked. Coffee pot is quirky and doesn't stay on once coffee is brewed. Take extra paper towels, kitchen trash bags, Saran wrap , aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, leftover containers and a few bags of ice. The master suite is AMAZING, beds were comfy and plenty of soft bath towels. Take soap, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as extra toilet paper. Enmark is about 5-7 minutes from the home which is located on a dirt/gravel road. Overall, excellent weekend and we didn't want to leave. We definitely recommend this home.

Some shortcomings even with a view

The house sleeps 15, yet the dining table seats only 6. We had 12 people. The "Coffee Bar" did not exist. We had to buy a Keurig. The second TV did not exist. Renting a house in November without blankets was very uncomfortable. Had we known, we could have brought blankets. The layout of the house was nice and offered a good view. Parking was good. The location was good. Too bad a lovely house was spoiled with such shortcomings. And, even with cars in the parking area and lights on in the house, one of the owners used his key to enter the house unannounced -- no knock on the door, no ringing the doorbell. Our sense of security was shaken. Who are you he asked of my sister.

Great Family Getaway

We had family coming in from Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina to enjoy a relaxing weekend together and watch some Gamecock football. The house was perfect for our group. Lots of space indoors and outside. Be sure to sign the waiver to use the kayaks and paddle boat as well!

Wonderful house

We really enjoyed our stay at the house, it was beautiful in the inside and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and lots of towels. We had a slight problem with the lockbox but eventually got in. The check out process was really easy and I appreciated that as guests we did not have to do to much when leaving. Highly recommend staying here and we were visiting our son with friends from USC and easy to get back and forth.
