This is a private peaceful family friendly community. Every guest has access to our pond, covered pavilion, fire pit, and bubbling creek. Whether you stay to your self or join in other guests at the fire pit, you will LOVE the mountain views!

The main road coming into the property is paved. All driveways are level and accessible. Every cabin has its own parking.

Pet Policy:
This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with prior approval.
-Pet fee applies
-Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture
-Unattended pets must be crated
-Unauthorized animals will result in additional fees

A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking platform, a government-issued ID and copy of your credit card may also be required for verification after booking.

Rules:
-No parties or events allowed without prior approval.
-Smoking indoors is prohibited ($500 remediation fee applies).
The following additional Fees may apply:
-$150 per person per day for exceeding occupancy limits
-$500 for pumping septic due to improper usage
-May be fined for damages, extra cleaning, tampering, unauthorized charges, and unreturned/stolen items
