Cottage with unobstructed lake views and a very private backyard! This lake house has all 4 bedrooms on the same level, great place to have a family get together or for a workation. Home with private backyard, fire pit, grill, outdoor dining, screened porch!
The space
Occupancy/Visitors - Cannot exceed maximum occupancy of the house at any time, even if guests are not staying at the night. Prior approval is needed if you plan on bringing additional guests and/or will have visitors.

Parking: Outdoor parking allowed only on driveway can easily hold four cars.

4Bed room/3bathhouse with out door dining, sun room, out door fire pit/swing

Pets are not allowed. Please communicate with host before booking if you plan to bring a pet otherwise your booking may be cancelled.

Smoking not allowed inside or anywhere on the property. A fine of $500 will be charged along with additional cleaning fees for violation.

Noise Regulation: Quite time 10pm to 7am. Guests must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties. Noise monitoring device used that detects decibel levels

Violations - If Guest(s) violates any of the conditions of this Agreement, the Manager/Owner may terminate this Agreement and enter Premises. Upon notice of termination of this Agreement, Tenant(s) shall vacate the Premises immediately and forfeit all rents and security deposits.
Security cameras - Security cameras are installed in the front and back yard to ensure the security of the premises.
Wildlife: You may see lot of wildlife activity in the backyard during quite hours, please use caution as there may be animal droppings while walking in the backyard and be vigilant for snakes especially ones with pointed head which can be poisonous. Georgia has many types of snake both poisonous and non poisonous thou it may be a rare occasion that a snake can be seen during day time.

Liability Waiver: As it is lake property there may be uneven surfaces, slope, steps. Negligence may cause slip, fall, care must be taken especially with younger children. Also you understand the potential dangers and risks associated with water activities, dock access and take appropriate safety precautions and assume responsibility for yourself and any consequences caused by your party.
