Inside, discover an open and sunny floor plan consisting of a well-equipped, full kitchen, a table and chairs for meals or family game nights, and a living area with a TV for streaming your favorite channels.

Additional amenities and features offered at this condo include internet access, cooling central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer to help you stay in control of your laundry during your stay.

On-site, you and your guests will enjoy access to a shared, outdoor pool, tennis court, and of course miles of sandy beach located just steps from your door. Additionally, you don't have to travel far to find several local restaurants and shops, some of which are just a short walk from this property.

THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay in Ocean City

We loved this property! Pros- The location!! We drove to the boardwalk for a day, but spent most of our time on the beach. We were so close to the pool and the beach! Direct access from the condo made it so easy. Also close to many restaurants and shops that we were able to walk to for dinner or ice cream. This was a corner unit so slightly more spacious and attached back deck which is different from some of the other units. Washer/dryer, kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms were nice to have. Cons- Bed spreads were torn (a lot) and patio table was broken. They could be updated. 3rd floor balcony made it difficult to see the beach due to another 2 story complex in front of our unit. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend this space.

Lovely, clean, and spacious!

We will be back! This place was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the location but loved this condo even more. Everything was very clean and it was very spacious. Having 2 balconies was awesome and the privacy was fantastic.

Good place with nice amenities.

The unit was updated and the owners left thoughtful things such as shampoos, soaps, dish and laundry detergent. The space itself was good. The unit was not clean. This is no fault of the owner, but Vacasa is responsible. They were in close contact and asked for feedback but didn't rectify the situation. They offered the following day to send someone back out to clean but we had already done that.

Affordable and comfortable stay

My family of 3 enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable beds and a nicely updated kitchen were appreciated. We needed the extra pillows in the closet but they didn’t have pillowcases, so we bought some. We left the sheets on the beds because the vacasa site told us to in their check out instructions. We left the night before our check out morning and before we received an email from vacasa telling us to strip the beds. More consistent instructions would be better. I was nervous after reading vacasa horror stories but we didn’t have any problems. We’d stay here again.

Great Stay!

My family of 5 had a terrific stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves crashing and ending the day with family game night overlooking the ocean made this property extra special. The space was mostly updated, clean, and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. With so many options in OC, we’re glad we chose this one.

Nice clean place!

Place was nice and clean. Appreciated the care package. Would suggest upgrading the cutlery, pots and pans, and loose electrical outlets. A Keurig would be a great addition. Overall, super location and price!!

Off Season visit

This was a large comfortable space with lots of natural light in a nice location. The check-in process involved stopping at the rental office then registering with the condo's main building doorperson, which I wish they'd advertised a bit more to allow extra time, but the process was simple enough. There are ocean views which were beautiful. There are 2 spacious balconies, oceanside and bayside (no bay view but still very nice), which was great for dining outside. The space was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking materials and some odds and ends like basic seasonings, which was great. The furniture is adequate. The pool is off the second floor and leads to the beach so this is very convenient and nice. If you want a walkable experience, you'll want to stay closer to the boardwalk area, about 75 blocks down from this place - you will have to drive to that area from this location (which was fine with us, but may not be for those seeking more regular and accessible walkable activities). Overall this is a really nice space and was very reasonably priced and comfortable. We had a great time.
