The heart of the home is the great room, boasting a warm gas fireplace, abundant natural light pouring in from large windows, and plush seating, establishing an inviting space to unwind after an adventurous day.

Prepare gourmet meals in the expansive kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a roomy refrigerator and freezer, and an inviting 10-person dining table. Alternatively, savor the crisp mountain air while dining outdoors on the deck, equipped with a propane grill, or stargaze from the warmth of the private hot tub.

Discover a variety of activities less than a mile away at the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort. You are able to purchase resort day passes in their lobby to enjoy their two sparkling swimming pools with water slides and hot tubs as well as use their tennis, pickleball, volleyball and basketball courts or play a round of mini golf. Grab a meal at their Zion Eats Restaurant. What an amazing experience we just had. The house was a dream for the whole family. The kitchen was literally equipped with everything and super organized. The rooms are so spacious and clean. It was definitely a 10/10, we will stay there again. Our kids called it our mansion lol. Alex and Vanessa were amazing hosts as well.

Amazing property just outside Zion

3 friends from work and I ran/hiked/walked the Zion Traverse (38 miles) and stayed in this amazing property before/after our 12 hour adventure. House has lots of space and has an open layout, kitchen has everything you need, beds are all super comfy, and the hot tub was clean. Super easy check-in and check-out and hosts were very responsive. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Perfect home for a family stay

This home was perfect! Well appointed kitchen, very clean, spacious, comfortable home. Directions were clear on how to operate everything! Main floor bed is elevated so if you are short, you may need a boost to get in the bed, but everything was so comfortable and homey. Many places to sit and visit with loved ones, dining table was large and very comfortable with plenty of seats. Closet in the main bedroom was large enough to do yoga!

Zion Bryce Family Vacation

This was a perfect home for our family vacation with three couples and an infant. The location offers too many options to list with an easy drive to several hikes and adventures. We enjoyed dinner on the back deck and the stars at night were spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. The grill and fireplace on the deck provides a great space to prepare dinner and enjoy family time after the daily activities. The additional bathrooms provide plenty of privacy for guests. We book 2-3 homes a year for family vacations and this was the best experience we have ever had! Highly recommend this home!

Zion vacation

The property was everything we were looking for. Plenty of space, nice kitchen, fireplace and hot tub. It was close enough to the park and far enough to be away from the craziness of the park.

Wonderful Stay

I went with my family and friends to spend our long weekend in Zion park and we were looking for a cozy place to stay in, this house was perfect, everything was just as described, the house is clean, the kitchen is loaded with everything you need, the owner messages made us feel very welcomed. If I have to to go back to visit again I will choose the same cabin again.

Zion Hiking Vacation

We had an amazing time at Zion. We hiked everywhere and even had time to go to Bryce Canyon for the day. We were a family of 6 adults. This VRBO is fabulous. It is very spacious, clean and had plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us. I am not a big hot tub fan, but after hiking all day, the hot tub felt great! ( we were there in May, so the evenings were cool.). We cooked a few nights and the kitchen had everything you would need. And there were even ample paper products and cleaning supplies. Alex and Vanessa were responsive hosts and made it easy to communicate with them. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect place.

The property was in excellent condition. The hosts are the best, always available and gave great hiking info. Kitchen was very well equipped. Would go back for sure.

It was a perfect getaway for 3 families. (5 adults, 6 kids) We had plenty of space, it was very well stocked, and it was centrally located to the parks we wanted to go to. Hosts shared great info prior to our visit to help us plan.

Gorgeous property

Cedar Ridge is a stunning vacation home! It has many amazing amenities, it’s extremely clean. It’s luxurious and spacious. The property owners are very kind, courteous, and attentive to anything that you may need during your stay. It’s centrally located between Bryce Canyon and Zion national Park, excellent place for a larger family or group of people to stay. The property is very quiet and private would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Zion adventure and relaxing!

The property was awesome and was exactly like advertised. We were able to exert ourselves in Zion and Bryce Canyon and then go back to the residence to relax. We were lucky to experience a rare snowpacalypse which was incredible.

Absolutely fabulous. The house had everything you could want or need in a vacation rental. Comfortably fit our family, great location, hot tub was a big hit for the kids after a day of hiking. Good location for visiting Zion (45 min drive to visitor center) or Bryce Canyon (1.5 hr drive). Property was pristine, everything was clearly labeled and user friendly. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Space convenient to ZION

We loved our stay at this location. It gave us easy access to Zion and lots of great local recommendations. We were able to do a lot of preplanning and all the resources were also 5 star. We Loved having access to the amenities and enjoyed the pool and even took a yoga class. My kids especially loved seeing the jackrabbits in the back yard. The large kitchen allowed some great family dinners!

This property was perfect for our group of ten. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the dining room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling views of the pines outside. The four bedrooms, baths, and laundry room were all high-quality and clean. Sitting in the Jacuzzi at night on a warm night under the stars after a vigorous day of hiking in the National Park was a great reward. The property managers texted us every morning to ensure we had everything we needed. 5 Star Property!

Excellent home

What a great experience.....home was extremely clean, well maintained with new furniture! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and great location near Zion's east entrance. Kids loved the hot tub and the 2nd floor entertainment area where they hooked up their Nintendo Switch. Tesla charger was a life saver as we had 3 families with 3 Teslas and wouldn't have been able to take these cars without this convenience. Definite recommend!

Fantastic stay at Cedar Ridge. Exactly as advertised. Quite spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom ammenities, and comfortable beds. Sitting out on the deck or in the hot tub after a long day of hiking in the park was fabulous. Owners were very responsive and checked in with us to make sure evertying was as advertised. It's out in the country just a few miles from the east entrace into Zion so you are not near restaurants or grocery stores which they did indicate. We stocked up before we checked in. I would definitely stay there again.

Close to Zion

The home was impeccably clean and well-stocked. The bed in the MBR was very comfortable as were the linens. It was nice to relax in front of the fire after a long day in Zion or Kanab. (The hot tub was inviting too, but we didn't use it). A big benefit to this home is the location. It is very close to Zion (minutes) and about 40 minutes from Kanab, a great little town that offers lots of outdoor activities. The owners were great to work with. Highly recommend!

Vanessa’s family built their vacation cabin on the borderline of Zion National Park in the mid-1970’s. As a child, she spent many summers hiking, exploring & enjoying the magical land of Zion. The area created special memories with family and friends; holding a special place in her heart. When Vanessa started a family of her own it was no surprise she brought them to the area; sharing the magic of her childhood with her own family. Hiking familiar trails and discovering new secrets became harder and harder to leave. Soon she and her husband, Alex, realized each visit was never long enough. In 2020 it was time to make Zion their home.
Their love & knowledge of the area ensures their guests experience the magic of the Zion area just like a local. No matter how long or short the stay; everyone is guaranteed a unique experience. Breathtaking vistas, towering cliffs cast in rainbow patterns, sand in your shoes, canyons that wind on in maze-like patterns… it’s all here. Waiting to become unforgettable memories.
