Recently renovated prime ski-in/ski-out location -- this 3BR/2BA condo is nestled at the base of Peak 9! Hit the slopes, take a summer hike nearby to meet Isak the Troll, or browse the shops on Main Street. Your rental includes 3 balconies. Sleeps 10.

This ski-in/ski-out 3BR/2BA condo boasts a fantastic location at the base of Peak 9.

As part of The Village at Breckenridge, enjoy quick access to the slopes, incredible hiking trails, and local boutiques and eateries on Main Street. The only place in Breckenridge where you are at the base of the mountain and steps to Main Street for all the dining and shopping the town has to offer.

After a thrilling day of outdoor adventures, kick back and relax at your well-appointed condo. Take in beautiful mountain views from three private balconies or unwind by the brand-new fireplace. Enjoy our generously stocked game closet, make a large meal in our fully-equipped kitchen or walk across the street to some of the many wonderful restaurants on Main Street.

LIVING AREA
A leather sleeper sofa, matching love seat, and plush armchair offer comfy seating around the gas fireplace. Enjoy the warm ambience and watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up tasty recipes in the fully equipped kitchen. Helpful gadgets include a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more.

Kick-start your mornings with a cup of coffee at the kitchen bar for three, and enjoy hearty home-cooked meals at the long wooden table set for 10.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Perched on the fifth floor, this condo sleeps up to 10 guests between the three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Each bedroom is appointed with a flat-screen TV.

The primary suite features a brand new king bed and an en-suite recently remodeled bathroom with a dual shower. As well as a desk and high-speed wifi for remote work.

Another queen bed is also offered in the second bedroom. Both rooms provide direct access to a private balcony.

In the third bedroom, you’ll find a brand new twin-over-queen and a twin-over-twin bunk beds with direct access to a second balcony, which is also accessible via the dining area.

The guest bathroom has a brand new walk-in shower.

Your condo boasts three private balconies -- each with beautiful mountain views.

Parking is available in the heated underground garage on a first come/first served basis. Rates vary based on time of year, ranging from $25-$55/night.

Guests can enjoy a recently renovated ($4 million) health club that includes indoor/outdoor pools, a fitness center, locker rooms, four hot tubs, a steam room, and grills. The home is located on the fifth floor overlooking the plaza which contains various ski rental shops, the Kids Ski School, and various other food and entertainment options.

During warmer months enjoy mini golf on the plaza or fantastic hiking in the bordering national forest land. Maggie Pond is also a quick stroll away, or find the Troll, Isak!

This was our first time in Breckenridge and at this resort/ condo. We truly enjoyed it. The condo was perfect and in proximity to everything . The condo was very clean and nice as well as very spacious . Thank you for making our stay a great experience. We plan to come back.

Great location with beautiful views. The condo is open, bright, and clean. The beds are very comfortable!! We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Convenient to everything - lift ski school shopping

The condo was perfect for our group of friends and family; steps from peak 9 quicksilver lift. Great communication with owner. Rent from Christy’s and they will store skis for you. Nicely furnished and recently updated condo with all of your needs!

4th of July in Breckenridge

The property was great with comfortable beds and great location. The weather was perfect. The layout of the windows and sliding doors made for the perfect breeze. We kept the windows open and heat off. Easily walk to hiking trails, gondola, hot tubs, pool, restaurants, grocery store, retail stores, and so much more. Our teenagers were 14 and 15. They loved the independence that came with this property. Since we were so close to everything we allowed them to do some slight venturing off. The washer and dryer were just outside our door as well as the elevator to the lobby and parking garage. (We did not hear noise from the elevator or laundry) The heated pool was actually heated! You could swim without freezing. Plenty of hot tubes with water features. The teenagers and adults really enjoyed the mini golf that was just outside our building. You can see the mini golf from one of the 3 patios. Incase someone wants to watch but wants to stay back at the condo. The one thing that we missed having at our disposal was a vacuum and some standard cleaning supplies. Just to clean a little and disinfectant why we were there. However we did run and grab a few things for cheap so it all worked out. They do have a cleaning service you can have come clean if you want. We are planning a ski trip in the near future and plan to stay here again. Its a great location and beautiful layout and setup.

We are a family that love coming to the mountains both to ski in the winter and bike in the summer. We live in Texas and are only able to come up a handful of times a year. We hope other families can enjoy our condo when we are not able to make it.

We chose this area because it is the only condo unit that is both ski-in/ski-out and across the street from Main street with all the wonderful restaurants and shops.
