Enjoy the gorgeous peninsula sunrise from the upper deck with a hot cup of coffee in hand before heading off to the family friendly Bolivar Beach minutes away. The kids and dogs can play in the gated playground while you prepare for the day. Wash off their sandy toes in the outdoor shower before heading up to the cozy bunks to watch DirecTV or hold Pac-Man battles at the arcade table while the parents cook up dinner. Pack your s'mores fixings for dessert by the fire pit, and recharge after the kids are asleep with a soak in the hot tub.

Property is a bit outdated, and the kitchen has little utensils and pots & pans. The location is also close to a ditch which brings a lot of mosquitos.

This house is awesome. Nice and quite, perfect get away. We had a water issue due to city doing repairs, had absolutely nothing to due with the host, I emailed her about it and in a minute or less i had a answer. They are so responsive and honest. We will stay here again and again.

The property is beautiful and well kept with plenty of space both inside and outside. It was within 1/4 of a mile from a beach access road and allowed for easy back and forth from the beach if necessary.

Very nice house with plenty of room! Basic amenities and kitchen, so bring toiletries, spices, and coffee items. Cookware is all copper, and had a waffle maker, electric griddle, coffee maker, and toaster. Had a grill outside but it’s a bit rusty. Fire pit and hot tub were a big hit with our family. Mosquitoes thrive here as this is located next to the canal, so bring your bug spray if you want to enjoy the decks outside. Comfortable beds which is a huge plus! Pet friendly so we appreciated being able to bring our dogs!

Great time!

We had a great stay at this property. The owner was prompt to answer any questions and made our visit seamless! The house was very spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the playground for the kiddos was so nice to have while we made dinner in the evenings. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spot to stay with families. The ride to the beach was less than 3 min, definitely walking distance if you don’t have small kiddos like we did.

Multi Family Get away

The house worked good for three families (6 adults, 3 kids). The open kitchen, living rooms is nice to all be together. Kitchen had some nice extras like a countertop skillet and waffle maker. We liked having the grill as that's been hard to find. It's a half mile walk to the beach which wasn't a problem now that the kids are getting older. Host was very responsive to my questions both before and while we were there.

Perfect

The location is great! It accommodates large families easily. It is centrally located to bait shops and launch points. The circle drive is perfect for pulling and backing in a 24 foot boot. Would definitely recommend!

Great house close to the beach w/ lots of room

Spent a long weekend here with family to celebrate my birthday. The house is on a quiet cul de sac with a nice fenced play area where our dog and granddaughter were able to play. The house had enough space for everyone in our party to either gather together or find solitude. The porch is amazing with almost 360 degree views. We enjoyed some breakfasts and watched the sunrise and set. We sat around the firepit, told ghost stories and enjoyed smores. The beach is a quick walk or bicycle ride away or you can just take your car, get a parking permit and park on the beach. The host was very quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. Which added to the peacefulness of the stay. Made great memories! in our party

BEAUTIFUL Property

We stayed here with two couple friends, small dog and two children under two. It was perfect for our needs, 3 master bedrooms with bathrooms attached, large open kitchen/living room area, TV’s in all bedrooms. Unfortunately the mosquitos were awful, likely due to the recent storms so we did not utilize the outdoor space at all. The beach was a short drive down the street. It is not walkable, in my opinion if you are bringing chairs, cooler, beach toys etc. Easy access and good communication. I would recommend this house!

Great family vacation home

Owner was wonderful to work with. House is beautiful and perfect for families. Kids loved the play set and bunk beds. Playing PacMan was fun for little and big kids.

Peaceful and spacious stay!

Communication was amazing. I actually cancelled another booking because they were not communicating well and the host of this house got back to me right away and was very friendly. I searched high and low for a place that would allow our large dog to come to the beach with us. The house is beautiful and there is plenty of space to spread out! Our toddler enjoyed the bunk beds and pac man table and the playset outside! The adults enjoyed the hot tub during nap time. We also made use of the fire pit for s’mores! The house was peaceful and is walkable distance to the beach. Although we drove and there is an access right at the end of the main road for this neighborhood. The house is well stocked with cooking appliances. Bring everything you will need to cook with - tin foil, cooking spray, seasonings, salt and pepper, and the other little things. We had to make a few runs to the Big Store.

Lovely home close to the beach

Great location, well kept property with nice little touches. Very responsive owner. Spacious common spaces both upstairs as well as downstairs. Having a fenced yard for our fur babies was wonderful. Will definitely stay here when we visit the area again.
