This property was perfectly fine. Exactly what I expected from the description and price. Really close to the airport and only $12 Uber to the strip. Through my own fault, I needed assistance TWICE and our host was so gracious and prompt in helping. For this alone, I will definitely recommend and book again our next Vegas trip.

Not a great experience

The property was too small for me and another guy. My friend got a hotel and I spent the night. The air conditioner in the bedroom was very loud and I moved out after the first night. Would not recommend this property.

Hi Anthony, sorry our place didn’t filled your expectations. The place was described as what it is and you can’t expect a luxury hotel for $100 a night. I also went my self to the property with the technician to check the A/C and it was working properly. Our place has 5 stars on other plataforms. When you called me I sent you a refund for the time you did not wanted to stay in our property and I completely understood your point of view. I tried to help to cancel and refunded money without penalties or extra costs. Anyway, I am glad that you have been able to find a place where you have stayed together with your friend and that you have had a good trip in our beautiful city.

Hi Dallas, I am surprised with your review. But here you are supposed to evaluate the place where you are staying. When guests has paranoid problems is another story. We gave you support during your stay. You locked yourself out couple times and my crew was no more than helpful with you. You were so uncomfortable, that you asked me to stay longer in our place. I am also surprised because if you didn’t feel comfortable you didn’t express it when I texted you never said anything but “everything was good”. About the police, there was not police calls during your stay or any of my guests stay.

Peaceful location away from the crowd!

This is a great place to stay! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors and it’s not far from the airport or the Vegas Strip, literally about 10 mins by car to get to these places. I chose to book here instead of the tourist-y area to wind down from working every day for almost 3 months and I honestly never thought I would find tranquility and solitude in a place like Las Vegas, but this was definitely the right place to stay!! I really liked the look and decor of this apartment, it’s more like a 1 bed/1 bath because the to is separated from the rest of home. My only issue was I wish the owner would have been faster at communication with me. I was only able to get in touch with her on the last day of my stay about an hour before I checked out. Other than that, no complaints at all!

Convenient Spot Near Airport and More

I chose this rental for my weeklong stay during a major softball tournament in the Vegas metro area. Essentially, all I need is a bed, a shower, and if there's a washer/dryer, that's a major plus. This spot fit the bill ably. The host is super communicative and very kind - she even brought me more coffee to use! - and you cannot beat the convenience of the locale and the price point. I will note that some of the fit and finish points are works in progress - a couple of the drawers and cabinets wouldn't always close as one might hope, and it was a fun experience figuring out the hot and cold were switched on the faucets (the host and I had a good laugh on that!) The front gate was also not fully connected at the bottom so it was an occasional challenge to open/close but no big deal. The best part, for me especially, was having a washer/dryer that worked well and did the job right - that was absolutely essential and it worked out great. The bed was also very comfortable - I don't always sleep great in other beds but this one was A-OK. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a simple spot to decamp away from the lights and crowds of the strip (and the ever climbing resort fees, too). Great for a single traveler, especially. As the little things get finessed over time, I'm sure, this will be a real gem and I would absolutely stay here again.

Wouldn’t recommend

Would not recommend and won’t be staying here again. It didn’t have basic necessities. Things like toilet paper (there’s also a sign above the toilet that says no flushing toilet paper) or dish soap. If you want us to wash the few dishes available we need soap to do so. I’m also a new mom away from my baby for the first time and not having anything to wash my pump parts with was a big problem. There’s a washer/dryer but no detergent to do anything. Most traveling people don’t pack laundry detergent (especially when the pictures show there’s some available only to find there’s not). There’s an iron but no ironing board. There’s a smoke alarm but no battery. There’s a spot in the driveway to park your car but it was constantly blocked by another car so we couldn’t. There’s an AC unit but no cool air unless you want the most constant annoying noise. When I contacted the host Laura she did try to get all the missing things to us which I’m grateful for but they showed up after we had already checked out.

A place to sleep

We stayed at this unit for the weekend and did not enjoy our stay here. I'm sure if you're looking for something inexpensive, it will do. PROS: -there is an a/c unit on the wall -it's cheap CONS: -we saw 3 COCKROACHES as well as several other bugs that had made their way into the unit while we were there. Luckily after some digging through the cabinets, we found heavy duty roach spray... which unfortunately didn't work -Upon arrival, while going to open the door, the door handle fell off -The hot & cold water was not working properly. You need to turn the faucet to cold, in order for hot water to come out, and turn it to hot if you want cold water. You can imagine my surprise while taking my first shower and discovering this -There are dirt marks and dust on walls and floors like the place hasn't had a thorough deep cleaning in who knows how long -The walls are paper thin, we could practically hear the conversations of the owner and their family the entire stay -The washer/dryer is pushed up against the far wall in such a narrow hallway, you can barely access it comfortably -there is a sign over the toilet that says sensitive pipes don't flush anything unless you want to see it again... yes including toilet paper. How can you properly rent out a unit by telling people they can't even flush toilet paper?? -It smells like marijuana and cigarettes. It's in the walls, theres no getting rid of it. Good luck...

Nice stay

This property had what we needed for a short stay. My only complaint would be how hot the main room is, the bedroom stayed cool with the AC unit on, but I didn’t like it blowing in my face all night. Perhaps a rotation of the bed could avoid this. Overall, a nice place to stay.
