Convenient Spot Near Airport and More
I chose this rental for my weeklong stay during a major softball tournament in the Vegas metro area. Essentially, all I need is a bed, a shower, and if there's a washer/dryer, that's a major plus. This spot fit the bill ably. The host is super communicative and very kind - she even brought me more coffee to use! - and you cannot beat the convenience of the locale and the price point. I will note that some of the fit and finish points are works in progress - a couple of the drawers and cabinets wouldn't always close as one might hope, and it was a fun experience figuring out the hot and cold were switched on the faucets (the host and I had a good laugh on that!) The front gate was also not fully connected at the bottom so it was an occasional challenge to open/close but no big deal. The best part, for me especially, was having a washer/dryer that worked well and did the job right - that was absolutely essential and it worked out great. The bed was also very comfortable - I don't always sleep great in other beds but this one was A-OK.
I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a simple spot to decamp away from the lights and crowds of the strip (and the ever climbing resort fees, too). Great for a single traveler, especially. As the little things get finessed over time, I'm sure, this will be a real gem and I would absolutely stay here again.
