It is very weird that the rodent droppings only be observed when Larry’s claim arose . I went to the suite and found they moved the dinning table and other furnitures, must be trying to look for EVIDENCE. But, like I told them, the situation never happened and just because I have pest repellent devices in the suite, they claimed that there was rat issues and needed all their money back. I think why they are mad is because they didn’t follow the parking instructions, when one of their vans blocked my driveway and they didn’t respond my text inquiry then I had to call Larry to move the van, his son Mark(Mike?) had attitude when they came out. Then the next day, I received Larry’s texts to claim all the money back due to they observed some rodent droppings, and at that moment they already left before I could do anything. They called their finance institution and got the charge back.

I don’t blame you if you never live in desert you don’t know how strong the wind is, but please don’t lie about the balcony’s roofing, it’s steel not plastic. The one time plastic plates and cups are extras for some guests they don’t want washing dishes or like China ones. The real ones are in the cabinet, see photos posted as proof. We didn’t charged you for ruined towels which were very dirty with blood and something else, for the missing towel , my two janitors and I looked all over the property and we couldn’t find it.
