Center of Las Vegas, close to everything, close to the Airport but not under the fly path, very quilt, Firefighter Department and Police Station are right on the corner, so very safe!
Grocery/convenient stores, shopping malls, resraurants, parks, universities, studios, hospitals...in walking distance!
Most important of all, you will have your private entrance, yard, kitchen, etc.

The house was terrible. The kitchen and bathroom looked gross and the house looked old. The worst part of all was that there was bugs on the beds, we all woke up with bug bites and rashes after our stay.

This house was good for our one night stop. The rooms were comfortable. Parking for one car worked good for us. It is attached to a main house but the connecting doors are blocked off.

Horrible stay

House is old, run down with old, untidy bathrooms and untidy floors, kitchen with old rusted stove and oven, poor quality dishes and old smelling refrigerator.Owner charged extra on the top of upfront charges and house is not worth the cost that was charged. Would have stayed at 4-5 star hotel on strip for the costs charged. Total rip off.Please stay away from this property if looking for a clean stay

Deceptive listing, it's just a granny unit and the people there stayed up all night and were noisy. They need to convey it's a granny unit and not a house.

Good stay for the price

We were landing late in Las Vegas before heading to the Grand Canyon on a family trip. Great location and close to the airport. This was the perfect stay we needed for a quick night. Beds and place was clean overall; only part not clean was some hair in one of the bathrooms. But all in all we would stay there again

Momma's house

This house is not modern but is functional. Not a lot of frills but feels like good times at grandma's house. The property is in a great location close to the airport and the strip. I enjoyed my stay.

This is not paradise

We tried to check in early but was unable to communicate with the property efficiently to organize it. There is no hot tub at this property. Regardless if the property owner changed the listing about it or not. It was listed as having a lot tub when I rented it but when I asked about it the owner just told me it was not listed as having one. I have a screenshot of the listing saying it did but it clearly didn't and I knew arguing about it wasn't going to change anything so I just dropped it. Also, don't look out the back door. It's not accessible to guests and it's absolutely trashed. A Vegas vacation should be fun. This is just staying in a shady place that far away from all the fun

Conference

From the pictures of tbis place, I knew that it wasn't the best looking place but the price was ok and we didn't plan to spend a lot of time in the place as we were in Las Vegas for a conference. Well the days we were there was very windy and the plastic roofing on the porch was loose and flapping with wind causing loud noises that constantly woke us up at night. Then the towel I used to shower was almost torn in half, we had paper plate and plastic cups for our meals and then I was charged an extra $10 for supposedly a hand towel that was missing. I wish I had taken pictures because the towels weren't wortny of taking. I hope the property owner uses the $10 to buy a new towel to replace to old and torn ones we had to endure. I dont recommend this place.

Needs a New TV but other than that! It's perfect.

It was a little bit more space than we needed but it was nice being able to have our own bath rooms. The local was good and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. Easy to get to everything we wanted to go within really reasonable times. If you like harder beds, these are perfect. I would prefer memory foam but that's just me! And it would of been nice to have a smart TV but other than that it was a good stay! Especially compared to other 2 bed+/2 baths! Also their are chickens in the back yard so they might be a bit loud but I had to problem where I was sleeping!
