This charming, recently renovated 2 bedroom brick home is ideally situated to enjoy everything Salida. Walk to the Arkansas River, Riverside Park and the downtown entertainment district. Bring your mountain bikes or hiking shoes and experience the miles of the Arkansas River Trail System. Free electric vehicle charger across the street. Absolutely no pets allowed in this home.

This home offers:

**This home does not have Air Conditioning
*Please note, owner does have Ring Camera's on front door and back door.

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish, laundry and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own toiletries.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1500.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 15 days prior with a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

Kitchen well supplied appliances were like new. Beds were good, could use a mattress upgrade. Location was great. Could use more coat hangers where you enter and places to hang clothes. Overall very good stay

The Bock House was exactly as advertised. We got clear communication before, during, and after our stay. The house is lovely, with exposed brick walls, wood floors, and cute decor. The kitchen had everything we needed.The beds and couches were comfy, and we spent time on the porch and patio too. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Vintage Restored Home walking distance to downtown Salida

Clean, well-appointed vintage home close to downtown. Carport off alley is a plus! My only regret is that my stay could not have been longer!Management was great throughout the processThank you! I shall return!

Great house and location

Perfect size house to stay and relax in with all amenities thought of. Ideal location within minutes to walk to restaurants and shopping. Nice to have off street parking and a huge back yard. 10/10, would do again.

Bock House

The Bock House was lovely! It’s very well-furnished, with comfy beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The location is great, within a short walk of downtown, the river, and all that Salida has to offer. We would definitely stay there again!

overall pretty good. when we arrived the stove burner was on.there was not enough kleenex for our stay. 2 1/2 empty boxes for 4 people for 5 days is not enoughthe smart tv was very difficult to use and took a while to be able to download youtube tvthe nest system for heat he pre-set temps for eco purposes which dropped temp to 59 at night

Older but updated

No issues. Very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms nicely updated. Quiet neighborhood. The heat did reset to 50 during the night which was chilly in December, but otherwise no complaints.

Great stay in Salida

The owner(s) have done a great job in refurbishing this old brick house that is only a couple blocks from the main downtown area. My brother and I had everything we needed available there, and appreciated having two separate bedrooms with very comfortable beds. I would definitely look to stay here again when my wife and I come back to Salida.

Wonderful stay!

My son and I used this as a place to rest up on a big cross country dirtbike trip. The accommodations were wonderful and we would love to do it again!

Clean but poorly maintained

The property is on the edge of the downtown area, about .3 walk to downtown. The owner has a lot of rules and fails to see the flat bed pillows, handles falling off doors and cabinets (we tightened them), holes in towels, very minimum xtras provided for a 1 week stay (1 serving of coffee). We rented 1 week prior to our stay and had to pay VRBO in full then sign a penalty contract spelling out all the fines before we could get the address and lock code. The only thing it has going for it is a nice size living/dining room, basics in the kitchen and laundry. Owner offered early check in IF available, but then said it would cost $150 if we checked in early without their permission. Lots of rules resulting in fines up to $3000. The place is ok but the rules put a real damper on staying here.

Very nice property. Super clean and everything you needed was right there. Close to restaurants and shops I will rent this property again when in Salida.

Excellent Place!

Great house with lots of outdoor space. You can’t beat the location. Don’t stress about no AC. Follow their suggestions about keeping it cool and it worked well. Would love to return!

Great House!

Cute property that is just a short walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. House was tidy with all household amenities that we needed. The only thing I noticed was several outlets were not working. This was obviously an easy workaround, but it did make a few trial and error situations with charging phones/watches and using hairdryer, etc.... Not at all a big deal, and all in all we had a lovely stay. Thanks for the great house.

Very short stay!

Unfortunately we were unable to stay here as when we arrived the water line was frozen and the property had no water. We hope to stay here again in the future.
