Hi Peggy, I appreciate you sharing this feedback, however there are several points that you make that are completely unfair to us. Your statement that "the house was not in an area that you could walk anywhere" suggests that this area is unsafe. Plenty of people walk, bike, and run in this safe residential area, known as the Lake Ida neighborhood. Additionally, the property description includes that we are within a 5-minute drive of Atlantic Ave (Downtown Delray) and the beach. All that information is accurate. As included in the property description, we have a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods (which are provided in various flavors). We use the Keurig coffee maker for the convenience of brewing a variety of flavors, and cutting down on the additional items that would be needed for drip coffee. The day before your check-out, I had messaged you that our cleaners would be there "exactly at 10AM", as we had other guests checking in that same day. Therefore, this shouldn’t have been a surprise to you. In the future, we will ensure that the best guest checkout/cleaning crew transition occurs, as we never want our guests to feel pressured. Nonetheless, we have always been accommodating to guests who want to check-in earlier or check-out later. We work hard to ensure that our guests have great experiences in our home, so we are disappointed with your review.
