Adorable newly renovated home is the spot to stay during you trip to Fredericksburg! Snappy's Haus is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a short distance to Main Street. The gleaming hardwood floors welcome you into this pet and child friendly home and the open floor plan creates a spacious homey environment for your comfort with TV's in the living room and both bedrooms for your entertainment. In the first bedroom you will find a King bed , the second a Queen, both with amazing mattresses, luxury linens, and mounds of pillows to sink into! Don't hesitate, book your stay today!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Warm and comfortable. So glad they are pet friendly. We enjoyed the soda, waters, and coffee. The Decor was clean and nicely furnished. We would definitely stay here again.

Snappy’s Haus was perfect for our weekend getaway! Great location - quick walk to Main St. Clean and cozy with everything we needed. Easily accessible and very thorough information provided. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the screened-in back porch. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic getaway! So cute, lots of places to sit and hang out. Enclosed porch was the best and so was the comfy couch. Drain issue we had was fixed right away. Nice quiet location. Highly recommend!

Great place

This was the perfect place for my friend and I to stay while visiting Fredericksburg. Close to main street but with all the comforts of home, unlike a hotel. The Hostess was so sweet and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place. Close to Main Street at the end of the strip so a perfect start/stop place. Cute bakery under a mile away that we walked to everyday for coffee. Comfortable beds and nice place. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfy, Cute, Great Location!

What a wonderful place to stay! The house is tastefully decorated and was in close proximity to downtown Fredericksburg, grocery stores, and wineries! We loved the back porch sitting area! The hosts provided lots of extra amenities; croissants, fruit, wine, plus more. 'Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

This was a really great place to stay. The neighborhood was quite but close enough to downtown so it wasn’t a leap to take a break or head out for a day at the wineries or downtown. Really good place to unwind and hangout after a day of activities.

Girls Trip

It was perfect for my friend & I. We were in town for the weekend and wanted somwthing close to all the things we wanted to do. We strolled main street, did some wine tasting, sampled some local food, and headed to Luckenbach for a concert. It was fantastic!

Perfect mother daughter trip

We could not be more pleased with our stay. The house was tidy and comfortable. Perfect for us two girls. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing missing is a tea kettle but we managed just fine with a saucepan. The beds were super comfy. Soft fluffy towels in the nicely updated bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood close to everything. Highly recommend!

Perfect.

I spent 7 days doing road cycling routes with Fredericksburg being home base every night. Could not beat this location or the perfect amenities at this location. Bed was very comfortable, water pressure was great, stocked kitchen, and a nice porch to relax. Spacious, nice set up, quiet neighborhood. Walkable to town but far enough away to not have traffic or people noise. Honestly, one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. I will rebook. Thank you for a great experience.

Great location, clean & cozy!

The house is clean, well stocked with essentials, and beautifully decorated. Good water pressure, great linens (towels are fluffy & beds are cozy!), nicely appointed kitchen - we didn’t cook but everything you need seemed to be there. We didn’t need anything during our stay but the hosts were communicative and made sure we had an after hours number if anything was to come up. Love the location, it’s in a quiet neighborhood but a short 15 min walk to Main St, 10 min walk to the 290 wine shuttle & HEB. There’s a nice park nearby where I walked / exercised the dog, lots of play space for kids as well. The yard isn’t fenced if your bringing pets, but I put my dog on an 18’ leash in the front while we lounged on the porch and there was plenty of space for him to run and play. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again, we had a great trip!

Southern Comforts

We arrived in Fredericksburg for work/play, when we walked into the house we were greeted with candy and a bottle of wine! Thank-you. The house was super clean and well decorated. Just like staying at home there are some lap blankets avaliable to snuggle with on the couch!! The bathroom cabinets were stocked with great towels, not the ones that are sopping wet after drying off! The beds were so comfortable. I slept so well. The house price was great, and so is the location, quick and easy to town you can even walk if you choose too!!
