As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. - This property is pet-friendly. Pet fee is $75/per pet + taxes/fees with 2 pets MAX and 45 lb weight limit per pet. This is not automatically included in your total, it's applied after the booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on any furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended.



- This property is suitable for children ages 2 and up



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
