Esta casa de estilo rancho de ladrillos es perfecta para aquellos que valoran la privacidad, aman el agua y desean espacio por dentro y por fuera. La casa de un piso de estilo tradicional tiene suficiente espacio para albergar una familia o grupo más grande. Hay 2 cuartos de baño con hermosos baños privados (y 4 habitaciones en total), 2 salas de estar, 2 áreas para comer, piscina climatizada y jacuzzi con un área grande y encantadora con vista al río, 4 televisores de pantalla grande y muchas ventanas que capturan vistas increíbles del río Little Manatee. Una de las suites principales tiene una sala de estar y un baño de mármol muy grande con una gran bañera de hidromasaje, escritorio de maquillaje, lavabos dobles con encimeras de cuarzo y una gran ducha de mármol. Disfrutará de magníficos amaneceres y puestas de sol sobre el río. Puede ver delfines, manatíes, aves tropicales, peces saltando, aves tropicales y otros animales salvajes desde el dormitorio principal, la sala familiar, el rincón de desayuno, el área de la piscina o mientras está sentado en el muelle. El comedor tiene una chimenea con chimenea eléctrica para disfrutar fácilmente. El comedor tiene puertas francesas que conducen a una maravillosa Meca al aire libre con una hermosa piscina climatizada y jacuzzi, ambos con cascadas, múltiples áreas de descanso, una gran área para comer y una parrilla de gas muy agradable. Hay un largo camino de asfalto con palmeras y un hermoso jardín tropical. Tenemos 3 kayaks que puedes lanzar al río desde la orilla del río. Este es un lugar perfecto para el pescador, el hombre al aire libre y el amante de la naturaleza. Muchos recuerdos se harán aquí. Everything is perfect about this house, from the hosts to the amenties. If it's not there then you dont need it because it has everything. Any concerns, which were minimal, the hosts jumped on it right away.This hidden gem gives you the seclusion you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life but not too far away to enjoy yourself.

The perfect stay for some river adventures. Kayaking, fishing, bird watching and a heated pool. Amenities galore in this secluded quiet neighborhood. And the hosts, Bob and Jackie, are wonderful and very attentive to your needs. I highly recommend this beautiful home for your next vacation.

Peace and Quiet

Had a great week, with lots of pool time, fishing from the dock, and multiple dolphin sightings. Even caught some blue crab in the trap!!! The house was great and the ac was cold!!! Enjoyed the large master bedroom and bath. Jackie and Bob answered our questions with a quick response even when they were on an Alaskan cruise.

Great family vacation.

The property is lovely with beautiful landscaping. The view of the river is amazing. The hosts were very accessible and have tried to think of everything. The pool and lanai were spectacular and a special feature of the home. We had a great time relaxing and catching fish (right from the dock).

Fantastic for Families Seeking Time Together and Relaxation

This comfortable home is thoughtfully equipped for families, especially those who enjoy cooking. We loved spending time in the kitchen and sourcing fresh ingredients from Detwiler’s Farm Market—it’s a must-visit for seafood and baked goods. The pool and hot tub were highlights of our stay, offering serene views of the Manatee River and a chance to watch a movie together from the pool on the outdoor TV. We even spotted dolphins several times just off the back dock. The property’s remote location adds to its charm—it’s peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to multiple airports (just 30-45 minutes away). If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home, this is the perfect spot. Jackie and Bob are exceptional hosts, and their property is a true gem!

Beautiful Property, Wonderful Stay

The property is as advertised. It was an absolutely fantastic place to get together with my family. Some of the most beautiful Blue Crabs I have ever seen caught right off the dock. 5 stars all the way. Only on drawback to anything was the grill but we figured that out too. The holders to the flavor bars have rusted out and are gone so the bars sit on the flame keeping the grill from getting hot, made a small adjustment making the flavor bars slightly caddie corner to keep them above the flame, and boom hot grill and easy cooking!!

Beautiful house and location

The house was bigger than it looked online and so nice. The beds were very comfy and cozy. The views were amazing. The pool was super enjoyable for everyone. We had my cousins over several times during our stay and they were also amazed by this vacation home. Jackie and Bob were really friendly, easy to get a hold of and were there to meet us upon arrival to show us around and show us how some things worked including the induction stove top. Not a lot of places to eat that were really close buy there was a few not that far away including the Lazy Gator which is a must if you stay at this home. Overall we had a great time at this home and will definitely be back.

A slice of heaven!

This amazing property is a slice of heaven! Everything you need at your fingertips! From relaxing to fishing off the pier to swimming in the pool, our family enjoyed every moment! If you are a fisherman, we caught sting ray, shark, snapper, catfish, lady fish, and a few other species! Dolphin almost everyday! Highly recommend for family fun!! The owners were amazing and very welcoming!

Peaceful and blissful

This house had a beautiful peaceful location . Views were amazing . Hosts were so kind and friendly and accommodating . We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful restful trip . Beds were comfy and kitchen stocked with everything imaginable . Well worth the money will be staying here again hopefully . We loved it .four days weren’t long enough . God bless

I sadly lost my Mother 2 days before this trip which had been booked for a while. What an amazing, soul soothing property!!!!!!! I had no idea how amazing this home would be absolute paradise, a break from these hectic lives we lead daily. Family gathering

Very relaxing in a gorgeous home. Loved all the extra dishes for entertaining. Didn't lack for anything. We loved staying out on the lanai and watching the beautiful sunrises. Wonderful time!

FABULOUS MONTH WITH FRIENDS IN A BEAUTIFUL SETTING !

It’s hard to know where to start. We spent a month with friends at Bob and Jackie's riverside home. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with every imaginable appliance with plenty of cookware and supplies. The heated pool and hot tub were an exquisite treat every day, the peaceful setting on the river was relaxing, and everything is there for a fabulous vacation at home away from home. Did I mention regular dolphin sightings from the living room and lanai? Or, seeing sunrise colors across the sky while working at the desk in the master bedroom? To top it off, communication with Bob and Jackie was seamless – they were always available to help with information on area activities and questions about the numerous amenities their home offers. Throughout the month, several friends visited for long weekends, and we created countless memories cooking out by the pool, watching movies, and playing board games at the large dining room table. Of note is a nearby private community (Riverside) with a golf club and restaurant - both available to the public. There are pickleball courts at Apollo Beach (about 20 minutes away) and a fitness center within about 20 minutes (WORX) that we joined for the month. We recommend Bob and Jackie’s home for family reunions, groups of friends, sibling trips, etc.

Quiet Remote Getaway

We had a very relaxing stay. So quiet and away from the busy city.. But not so remote that you cant get to a grocery store or restaurants within 10 minutes. The house has pretty much everything you need. We stayed during the first week of December and the home was decorated for Christmas, even down to the dishes and cups. The temps dipped into the low/mid 70s and the heated pool/hot tub was perfect. Beautiful home. We look forward to going back.

Bestiful home on the water

This house is actually more besutiful than the pictures portray. The property was not only beautiful but relaxing. My husband loved walking to the backyard to throw a line in everyday.,as i relaxed at the incredible pool. It was a perfect home for our family. The hosts were accommodating and gracious people. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful and Peaceful Retreat

This lovely home will not disappoint. Water, wildlife,super clean and extremely well equipped, this property exceeded our expectations. I like to say we've been spoiled by each of our VRBO hosts, but Jackie and Bob take it to another level. They literally had a tech out hours before our check in to ensure that everything was up to their standards. We focused on health and wellness for our anniversary and could not have chosen a better place to celebrate. Truly a hidden gem.

Outstanding accomodation

Pictures dont do justice to this gem, it is located on the water with a spectacular view every room was superb and all beds were reported comfortable. Great lanai and pool area, great place to entertain. Quiet neighborhood gracious hosts let us check in early, everything was exceptional.

Beautiful location!!

Our family stayed for a week and had a fabulous time. The property was beautiful! The photos do not do the interior or exterior justice, it was amazing! The owners were super nice and showed us how to use everything. This isn’t a typical bare bones vacation rental, it was a home. Really nice kitchen appliances and more than enough pots and pans to cook anything we wanted to make! Jackie was kind enough to bring over an instant pot when I asked if she had one. The kids enjoyed the pool and we kayaked and paddle boarded in the river. We caught blue crab off the dock and several catfish. There was a good selection of fishing poles at the home. The beds were really comfortable and the two zoned air conditioner kept us nice and cool. The property felt safe and it is a very quiet neighborhood. The backyard porch had fans and was comfortable even on super hot days. The furniture outside was very comfortable and having the large TV outside was really great as well. There was a nice outlet mall about 20ish minutes away. We hit up the flea market (only open on Sundays) and had some delicious food from food trucks there and got some fresh produce. We would love to come back and highly recommend this lovely home!

Paradise on earth!

This was the most beautiful property the yard was beautiful with lots of plants and trees and critters. They have a huge turtle who lives on the premises, and eagle and hawks. We enjoys beautiful sunrises and sunsets everyday. The owners Jackie and Bob were super people they came and showed us all the special features of the home. It had every convince imaginable. It was close to church and grocery stores. I have several happy men who enjoyed fishing off their dock. And swimming in the pool was great also.
