We’ve stayed at this property multiple times- it is always sheer perfection. Condo has exactly what we need- amazing view, comfy bed and super clean. Every time we check in we feel right at home!! Owners are easy to work with. Condo is close to great food and local businesses. No need to ever look anywhere else!!

Beautiful Location

We love the Hoyochi Nikko units. We have spent at least a week a year for the past 9 years on this property. The location and grounds are amazing. Well be back next year.

Great location

The condo needed to be updated, it also needed a deep cleaning, very dirty. The tile on the floor chipped everywhere, the countertop cracked by the sink. We’ve stayed at this complex in other units for 20 years never had this problem.

Perfect Spot to Relax and Unwind

The Hoyochi Nikko is a small and well cared for complex, with everything we could want. My daughter (18) and I snorkeled from the beach in front of the property, and enjoyed incredible morning rainbows and evening sunsets from our lanai. Unit was clean and well apportioned. Very comfortable bed. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay, we will be coming back. The view was great to wake up to everyday. Greeted by whales and Sea Turtles every day was an added bonus. The grounds are taken care of and it was relatively quiet and chill. Thank you for your hospitality!

wonderful stay

This was our 5th stay at Hoyochi Nikko and Bianca's condo was the best so far! Very clean and updated and had all the amenities needed for a two week stay. We hope to be back.

Amazing Place!

We had an amazing stay! Everything you could possibly want and so much more. The condo is fully equipped with all amenities you need. Very comfortable bed too! Breakfast on the patio, watching the waves hit the shore just a few steps away from you. We swam with turtles everyday and watch the whales pass all day long. Beautiful, well kept grounds as well. Amazing sunsets. Our stay was just so enjoyable and peaceful! A ton of great places to eat and shop all within walking distance. We will most definitely be back!

It’s a lovely small property and very calm with incredible views to the ocean, very private. Only disadvantage is the proximity of the bedroom to the walkway and the street. In total a Full recommendation and we enjoyed our stay.

Open the door to your lanai and step into a postcard.

The unit is clean, comfortable, and stocked with almost anything you could want for laid-back island living. Appreciated and made use of the cooler, beach chairs, communal bodyboards(!), and copious cooking gear. Host Bianca was responsive and helpful. Condo is a little older, but meticulously maintained. It's quiet and serene. The view from the back will melt your face. Walk down the steps though the seawall into the ocean where a shallow reef extends out about 100 yards. The waves will break here providing for decent surfing and bodyboarding right from the condo! As of Oct 2023, glad to say the vibe in W. Maui is getting back to normal.

Perfect and Bianca is a great host

Our trip started out in a messy fashion due to United Airlines national cancellation of thousands of flights; however, Bianca was super in accommodating us! She voluntarily offered a solution that was most welcome. The unit is very well located and in a few steps walk to the pool or ocean. Everything was a promised. We will certainly return! This is a wonderful place to stay away from the business of Hawaii. The sunsets are absolutely amazing, the place is small but has everything you need to enjoy your visit. We really enjoyed our vacation! :)

Hoyochi Nikko is a wonderful direct oceanfront Condo complex, unlike any other! Peaceful and tranquil, away from high-rises, Hoyochi Nikko provides an intimate feel. We are located in a two-story building, with only 18 units, grass yard, lush landscaping, outdoor grills, outdoor shower, views of the islands of Molokai and Lanaii. Sound of the surf 24/7, from your condo! The swimming pool is steps from your lanai patio. Sunbathe and relax in the sun, or the shade of palm trees.
You will meet travelers from all over the world here, many of whom return annually to make this property their home away from home. This is called ‘ALOHA SPIRIT” and we love to share it.

Our condo has an unobstructed view of the open waters. You will be on the most popular West Side of the island, and have spectacular sunsets. For your comfort, A/C system in the bedroom, washer/dryer, state of the art appliances. All chosen to make your stay care free.
We provide all the linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella (for excursions), dishes, cutlery, cookware, kitchen accessories. There is a grocery store on your route in to stock up. Directions and details will be provided once you are booked with us. We provide free daily parking. No resort fees. Free high-speed internet. Sidewalks for leisure walks or to nearby food market, shopping.

Our location is GREAT, because it’s only a scenic 4 mile drive to historic Old Lahaina Town, 3 miles to the Kaanapali Resort which offers some of the best golfing in the US, plus shopping and dining, boat excursions,
