¡ACEPTAMOS NUEVAS RESERVAS PARA EL VERANO 2019 DESPUÉS DEL 1 DE ENERO! Esta casa se encuentra en canales que se cruzan con fácil acceso al océano. Golf, pesca, gastronomía, compras y diversiones para niños. Hay un muelle y una terraza tranquila con vistas al canal. Weber Gas Grill para su placer de barbacoas. WiFi gratis más TV UHD con sonido envolvente en la sala de estar, TV de alta definición y WiFi habilitada en el dormitorio principal, y TV HiDef en el segundo dormitorio. La cocina / comedor recientemente ha sido remodelada. Esta es una excelente ubicación para los niños, ya que está en una calle sin salida (tráfico mínimo) y tiene un muelle para pescar y pescar. Todo lo que necesita para una estadía tranquila y relajante, pero cerca de toda la diversión que pueda desear.

Entorno tranquilo: esta es una casa de tres pisos con una bonita terraza con vista a dos canales. Hay un muelle en la casa con amarres. El barrio es muy tranquilo y la casa tiene estacionamiento en la calle. Hay juegos para que jueguen los niños y una bonita zona para caminar y andar en bicicleta. Las tiendas de comestibles están a menos de cinco minutos en coche y hay varios restaurantes populares cerca.

The home has everything you need. Delaware /Maryland is our yearly family vacation and I always bring extra supplies because you never know what you might need. But we didn’t need anything extra at John’s home. From extra tissue/paper towel to a steaming pot for the crabs caught from the dock. It had it all. We loved this place and will be back for sure. We also checked out the restaurant John recommended CATCH 54 which was delicious.

Beautiful home, excellent location!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The house comes stocked with everything you could need. The location was perfect for us as it is only about 2 miles from the drive on beaches. We were able to bring our two dogs along on our trip which means a lot to us. The home is located on a quiet street, which is perfect for morning and evening walks. Thanks again to John for sharing his home with us, we will definitely be back!

Long weekend getaway

We spent a long weekend at this welcoming home. House is as described with beautiful views of the canal. Restaurants, shopping and the beach are close by. Owner was great to work with. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would definitely stay again.

Best stay... what a gem!

We had a fantastic stay at this bright, open home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood! We love this area and this is our favorite home here so far. The house was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the canal, which our dog just loved to see the kayaks, pontoon boats and geese go by! It had great wifi and a fully stocked kitchen. It was so nice to have all the little extras provided to get us started, like coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. Location was great; off the main strip but close enough to get to beaches, restaurants and shops in minutes. John provided great information and was VERY responsive to all our questions. He made it so easy to check in and get ourselves settled. Looking forward to staying again!

Family beach vacation.

We were comfortable from the minute we stepped into the house! All of our needs were met. The beach was minutes away as were the restaurants. When we cooked the kitchen was well appointed. We are looking forward to next year!

Great Time at the Beach

We stayed at John's place for a family getaway. It was close to everything! And a 5 minute drive to the beach, We enjoyed hanging out by the water and relaxing. The house had everything we needed plus more. Plus we were lucky enough to see a rocket launch and 2 pass overs by the ISS. I'd definitely recommend it.

Perfect vacation

This house had everything you need to enjoy a vacation. We felt at home from the minute we stepped foot in the door. We have never stayed in a house that provided us with so many amenities. House was cozy, neighbors were very friendly and located in an ideal spot. We definitely will return!!

The pictures Lie. This place is Beautiful and cozy!!!!!

We came down for a basketball tournament. When the owner says you don’t need to bring anything but sheets and towels, they mean it. This home is beautiful, warm (not in temperature) and cozy. The view is breathtaking and neighbors are kind. Its about a 5 min drive to the beach. Our pups were very much at home. I will be going back

Wonderful property for all ages!

Wonderful, gem of a property in Fenwick Island! We loved the beauty of being on the canal, use of the kayaks and excellent location to the beach, mini golf and more! The owner is very thoughtful with attention to details that you won't find in other rentals. House was clean, well stocked and much more beautiful in person than the pictures depict!

Decent place, but property manager lied, unresponsive, and left a sour taste in our mouth

Nice location, kayaks were a bonus, great view out back. Somewhat small house, but good size for a single family. Walking on the gravel barefoot outside everywhere is painful. The bathroom under-mount sink cracked while we were there, we let the host know right away. What followed was an unacceptable customer experience. The property manager made false claims like we drank the host's wine, stained the carpet, used house supplies without replacing them, and didn't leave the house clean. We don't even drink wine, didn't open a single bottle. We did use a spare toothbrush because we forgot one, but we immediately replaced it with a new one. The host kept the damage deposit and also claimed $300 from the property damage insurance. Upon asking for an itemized list of the amounts deducted and justification, the host has yet to respond after over a week. I don't understand how the sink could have cracked, but as we told the host, I can understand requesting us to pay for a ~$50 sink and even ~$100 install cost since it occurred while we were there. However, the amount of damages, that the host is claiming, is inflated significantly. The property listing states professional cleaning between guests, but that does not appear to be the case. For example, when we arrived, the refrigerator had a fair amount of food left in it, showers had used soap, etc. Upon leaving, the property manager emailed us saying we "left the house very dirty". However, we swept, did the dishes, wiped down all surfaces, made the beds, even arranged the pillows, etc. Our dog is well trained and had zero accidents while we were there. We took care of the house like it was our own, we did not leave it dirty, and a professional cleaner would have had an easy job after us. Since the property manager still complained about cleanliness, I suspect a full professional cleaning is not actually done between guests. The host's communication, or lack thereof, and the damages reported do not accurately portray how we treated the house. If you stay here, I recommend planning to not get the damage deposit returned and clean significantly before checking out.

Loved the neighborhood , so very friendly and relaxing place to be !

Other than check out is way too early, this was a beautiful home that you can tell the owners keep In mind providing a great experience ! Fair pricing and the wine exchange was very cool !

Semi-retired, I am a licensed Washington DC tour guide who enjoys golf and snow skiing when I am not guiding. I had worked in the hospitality industry for 40 years including over 25 years with the Marriott corporation. Because of that, my objective is that our guests have a great "turn key" stay. We also enjoy domestic and international travel and spend much of the non-summer months at the beach house sampling the great local cuisine at off season prices.

I purchased this house because it is a very quiet and relaxed waterfront location but conveniently located from many attractions and the ocean. Originally I was enticed by a close friend who lives year round on the street but since, have developed several other friends who live there year round. We have great neighbors and about half of the block are people who live there year round.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

As a single story home, it has all the amenities I need including a quiet deck overlooking adjoining canals. On a dead end street between two canals, you can walk to Harpoon Hannah's. Papa Grande's, Catch 54 and more but you are still tucked away from the main highways. We try to make sure the house is fully stocked with your daily needs to include toilet paper, paper towles, foils, baggies, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, spices and cooking needs. We suggest guests come to the house before hitting the crowded grocery stores.
