This King apartment in San Marco offers a private entrance and a large bathroom with a tiled shower. This is a studio-sized apartment in a larger house with two other units. It's perfect for a couple or solo travelers who enjoy exploring a town with a rich history. The unit includes a microwave, a mini fridge, and an old capsule coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea. The bathroom has supplied necessities for light-packing travelers.
Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience!

We are just off the beaten path, so you may hear activity early in the morning to late at night….It is a vibrant town!
Because you are sharing the property, it is important that guests respect each other. House rules are enforced!
Your unit #2 is entered through the door on the right side of the house marked 2.
-Free street parking is available in front of the house but please avoid parking next to yellow curbs. Parking next to unit is fine however getting blocked in could happen. Highly recommend units with more than 2-3 vehicles to park in drive way.

(be careful being blocked in, communicate with other guests if necessary)
-The property is a shared space that includes two additional units, which means that guests may occasionally hear sounds from neighboring units. Please have an understanding that some level of noise is to be expected.

-Large side yard space with a shared garden-None Fenced
(limit 2 pets) for a small fee of $25 cash; No cats or other animals allowed on property. -
-Dogs must be on a leash at all times and clean up after your pets.

-.8 miles to Fountain of Youth
-1.5 miles to Fort San Marco
-1.5 miles to st George
-3.6 miles Alligator farm
-5.6 miles St Augustine Beach
-2.4 miles Vilano Beach
-2.0 miles Bridge of Lions
Driving is best, but you can rent bikes, scooters, three wheelers or grab any of the tourist trollies...all just a few blocks away or call a pedi-cab and they will pick you up at the front of the property! Walking is a great option too!

Parking garage (1 Cordova St) $25 a day
-Please keep doors closed due to bugs.
-No smoking inside, any smell is a $250 fine. Outside smoking away from doors or the home is fine.
-Trash bins are next to front car entry.
-Having many properties to cover is not a good excuse for anything that we might have missed. Please let us know if there is anything we can fix or drop off. Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience!
