We had a wonderful family vacation at Tracy's condo. The apt. was clean and cozy!!! The beds are very comfy too. We cooked meals there, and the kitchen was well equipped. We so appreciated the beach chairs and towels and tent that were provided. This is a great location if you want to walk to the beach. Tracy was quick to answer any questions I had and was very courteous.We will be back next year : )

Quick visit

Location was great. Appreciated the cleanliness. Would have liked the time to stay longer. Would like to try to get back to St. Augustine again. I have lived here before and miss it. The one problem I have is that I'm a dinosaur and have not many computer skills so I pleaded for phone numbers.

The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to downtown, the amphitheater and to the beach. The owner was wonderful and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was in an excellent location: a few minutes walking to beach and restaurants. About 1.5 miles from the Saint Augustine Amphitheater. It was restful, beds were comfortable and have 2 bathrooms was great. Every thing was clean and instructions on how to operate electronics were simple to follow.fo

Fully stocked St Augustine beach house

Wonderful rental property! Everything we could need on vacation was provided. Whether you are preparing a holiday meal or loading up for a day at the beach you will find what you need. Since we flew into the area this was especially appreciated. House was very clean and beautifully decorated. Hope to get back there when we can stay longer.

Beautiful two bedroom apartment

the ocean that you can hear the ocean when the wind is right. Furniture was very nice and a great surprise having a nicely stocked kitchen

Great location

Location was in a quiet residential area but close to the beach and restaurants. Nice condo and the beds were good. Enjoyed the pool, but it could use more umbrellas. We lucked out on great weather for February and enjoyed our stay.

Overall great stay

The home is in a nice easy location. Three minute walk to the beach. This was nice even in December we went into the water, we were from the north so the water was fine for us. You can hear the footsteps upstairs but they were pretty quiet by 10 PM. It was very close to downtown and there was brochures available on the property for all the attractions around. I was just sorry I wasn’t able to let Tracy know, the smoke/carbon detector batteries needed changed. It started beeping about 330 in the morning, our checkout date. The cleanliness is only a three because of the repair debris left. The home was not dirty.

Close to everything

I planned a couples trip to St. Augustine, this location was central to everything!!! We enjoyed our stay but the only downside was the construction to the other condo units around us.

Short family trip

Place had everything provided. I didn't have to worry abt needing anything. And if we ran out of something all stores were convenient. Quiet family friendly , short walking distance to beach. The owner made us feel welcome the moment we stepped in.

The condo had everything provided to make the stay very comfortable. Very clean and nicely decorated. Awesome location, walking distance to the beach, and restaurants. The pool was a great bonus. We would definitely book this again.

Lovely condo near the beach

Owner called before arrival so nice. Condo decor very bright. Kitchen stocked with good pots and pans ample silverware, dishes and glassware. All white towels and bedding excellent perhaps brand new. Would certainly not think rice about renting again. Very close to the beach too!

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath first floor condo unit. The space is tastefully uniquely decorated including reclaimed teak lamps, hurricane lamps and art deco lighting. There is a master bedroom with king size bed and master bath, and a queen size bed in the guest room. There is a guest bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils for the meal in after a long day in the sun. There is a regular coffee pot, french press, and electric instant water boiler. A starter package of paper towels and toiletry is provided. Easy walk to St. Augustine Beach, Anastasia State Park, and the St. Augustine Pier. The pool is located immediately behind the unit.
