Take it easy in this unique & tranquil getaway across from the Raleigh Little Theater! Live amongst the tree tops in this new upstairs garage apartment w/it’s own fenced in yard, firepit & private entrance. An adorable open kitchen and living room w/bedroom & en-suite bathroom, perfect for 2 or 4 w/queen sleeper sofa! Spacious & private you will love the central location of The Rose Garden Retreat! Pet friendly, walk to Cameron Village and NC State, Close to downtown, Glenwood south & more!

Enjoy being together in this cozy retreat with amazing light and comfy furnishings. Sleep comfortably in the queen bed and have the convenience of the en-suite bath and closet. The bedroom has a tv ,ceiling fan and lots of storage!
The open living / kitchen area has a dining area, and large tv with a queen sleeper sofa. There is a desk by the window for working from home as well as overlooking the fenced in yard. Enjoy the privacy and the close proximity to everything!

Walk to Cameron village, around the charming neighborhood or over to the Raleigh Little Theater for some entertainment! Amazing downtown nightlife and restaurants await, Glenwood South and Person street are just a few minute Uber ride away for restaurants and bars. PNC Park is only 8 min and the airport is only 15 minutes from the house! The location cannot be beat!

Pet friendly so bring your fur baby! There are several dog parks in the area along with the trails at Meredith College, Johnson trails and Shelley Lake within 10 to 15 minutes. The neighborhood is extremely pet friendly as well!
****Note there are dogs that live in the main house that are friendly so you may encounter them at the back part of the fence since it aligns with the side fenced in area for the apartment***

Quiet oasis in nice neighborhood

We loved our stay at this clean, cozy apartment. We had everything we needed, and the hosts were super accommodating. Within walking distance of NC State and many restaurants and charming neighborhoods. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved this place

Our stay was nothing short of wonderful. This place was a short walk from the campus, close to shops, green space, stores but still quiet and serene. We were visiting Raleigh for the first time. We went a campus tour of NCSU but I know we will be back even if our kid doesn’t go there. Raleigh (and our VRBO stay) were amazing.

Perfect weekend getaway

Spent 2 nights at this fabulous property with our 2 dogs that we drove from NJ. Everything about the property was just perfect and we loved every minute. Perfect little fenced in yard and fabulous location. Will definitely be staying here again before our daughter graduates from NC State in the spring - wish we found it sooner!!

Calm & peaceful

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. It’s perfectly clean and decorated so adorably. It’s in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking our little dog, but still convenient to all the things in Raleigh.

Perfect Getaway

We were in town visiting our daughter for a long weekend. The location is close to downtown, Cameron Village, and NC State. The neighborhood was very walkable and we enjoyed the park and Rose Garden. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and decorated very cute!

Excellent in all ways

The property is located within walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. It looks *exactly* like the photos, tastefully decorated and has everything needed for a longer stay. Communication with Stacy was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and so did my dog who not only had the rose garden, but the cute little fenced yard! Highly recommend this lovely space.

Very nice

The property was exactly as pictured (including the steps to reach the second floor entrance). Very clean which we especially appreciated. The location was quiet and convenient to campus, especially the business school. Parking was on street. The refrigerator and microwave were a very cute style. I would stay here again.

This is our second stay here. It won’t be our last. This is a darling apartment with a cool retro feel. We love the neighborhood. (Being a 5 minute walk from our daughter’s house is a big plus also.) Outstanding communication with the host.

Rose Garden Retreat

Great floor plan, easy to find, parking was 10 feet away., close to everything. The place was clean, important to my us. Host kept in contact before and during our stay. Liked the keypad entry code concept, no keys to find or lose. Had no issues, and we would stay here again.

So lovely!

The property was wonderful! So cute and just as pictured. The property manager was super communicative and helpful. Right across from the municipal rose garden, which is a must see. The streets were just adorable, people outside exercising, walking their dogs, or riding bikes, and the house was close to anything you needed. About 10 minutes from PNC Arena, which was the reason why we vacationed in Raleigh. I would definitely stay at this property again!!

This was our third or fourth stay at this property. That should speak volumes. Since we have been here several times in different months, we can vouch for the consistency of this space. We know exactly what to expect and there are no surprises. It is a cute space with lots of personality. Even though I had major issues with being able to communicate with the host which had nothing to do with her, we were able to get the information we needed. In the past our communication with Stacy has been excellent. Love the neighborhood setting and walkability of the area. This is our go to spot when we come to Raleigh to visit family.
