Beachfront Breeze is a spacious, well-appointed 3-bedroom villa, with 2 large primary suites and a bunk room for the kids. A top-floor corner villa, it offers peace and relaxation and unparalleled oceanfront views.

The huge 1st primary suite includes a king bed with an unobstructed beach view through 2 large picture windows, plus a lounging area with a queen-sized, fold-out sleeper sofa and dry bar with mini-fridge. The room has cable TV with Roku and a private full bathroom.

The 2nd primary suite is ocean facing with direct access to the villa’s beachfront balcony. It includes cable TV with Roku and a private full bathroom.

The 3rd bedroom includes a 3-in-1 bunk bed that sleeps 4 (upper twin, lower full plus twin trundle underneath). It includes Roku TV and direct balcony access.

The living room opens to the private oceanfront balcony, perfect for watching dolphins with your morning coffee or evening drink. The nicely decorated, open kitchen and living room area has plenty of comfortable seating, a 6 place table (with expanding leaf to 8) and 2 bar seats. It includes a large TV with cable and Roku, plus a variety of board games for all ages.

The property also features a 3rd bath in the hallway (with shower), a full-sized washer/dryer, and a large foyer to store your luggage or beach gear.

Villa Capriani is a family-friendly resort that offers the largest swimming pool on the North Carolina coast, plus 2 additional pools, 2 hot tubs, and a baby pool. The pools are open from April 1st through October 31st, while the hot tubs are open year-round.

The building also has an excellent on-site restaurant and bar/lounge, Splash by the Sea, open year-round with indoor and outdoor oceanfront seating. The beautiful Mediterranean-inspired grounds include grilling areas and an expansive oceanfront patio area.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

Pools and hot tubs may be unavailable at times during their open season due to unexpected issues. Please understand this is outside of our control, and there will be no compensation for a pool/hot tub that is not open.

The HOA schedules an exterminator to come the last Thursday of every month, typically between 10am and 2pm. The maintenance crew will knock before entering.

For your convenience:

- All bed linens are provided, and all beds except the trundle and sleeper sofa will be made upon your arrival. Bedding information for the trundle and sleeper sofa will be included in your welcome email.

- A full set of towels is included for each guest listed on the reservation. Full towel set includes a bath towel, a hand towel, a washcloth, and a beach towel. Two makeup towels are also included in each bathroom.

- A starter set of toiletries is included in each bathroom: 2 rolls of toilet paper, a tissue box, mini shampoo and conditioner, pump soap, bar soap, cotton balls, and Q-tips.

- The kitchen includes a dish towel, dish cloth, sponge, and a supply of paper towels, dish detergent, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, and cleaning wipes.

- Six Keurig K-cups are provided with creamer and sugar.

- A starter supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets are also provided.

- Several beach chairs, pool noodles, pool saddle floats, and sand toys are available for use.
