Great Host....

House was nice and spacious within 20 min from airport even closer to all Baltimore attractions. The 3 bathrooms are a bonus, and the host is very kind and communicates expectations at the property. Would definitely stay in this home again.

Good location, lots of space

This is a townhouse with lots of room for everyone, two bathrooms, 1/2 bath, large kitchen and Living Room. It’s in excellent proximity to Johns Hopkins if you need to be nearby for visits. Also a nice park nearby for walks. The host is nice and responsive.

We loved this property. Everything we needed. Great communication from the host. Great location close to everything very clean and comfortable. With one kid living in Baltimore and one thinking of doing post grad there……we will be back!!

The property was perfect for us. It is close to John Hopkins and was very comfortable for my child to recover. We were there almost a month and it was so easy to feel at home. Sandie was so responsive to all of my questions. I would highly recommend staying at Sandie’s

Great spot for lacrosse tourneys…

It’s a great little house/condo. I wouldn’t say the neighborhood is great and not much to eat within walking distance. That said, it’s a 10 min city drive to most anything. Perfectly priced for a hotel alternative with home amenities. Host was great and home came stocked with essentials. I would definitely do this spot again.

Loved the Townhome

The townhome was beautiful. I wasn't quite sure of the neighborhood because a few local people said it wasn't the best area but everything went smooth. I would recommend this place. :)

Pleasant Stay!

Very clean and nice, just like the photos! We just had hard time finding parking each night . It would be great to have a designated parking spot for the guest behind the back patio area also The WiFi did not work well for us . Overall 4.6 out of 5 star!

Your suggestions are appreciated. Regarding the parking, the back area is privately owned and was sold to individuals several years before I purchased the home, and those coveted spots unfortunately don't go for sale. However, our guests generally have no issues finding parking in the suggested free parking areas. Overall, we're glad you had a positive stay, and we hope to host you again! :-)

Best Stay Ever

This was my first VRBO. The unit was wonderful and fit our family beautifully. The location was good and close to the harbor and great restaurants. I can't say enough good things about our owner/hostess. She answered all my questions and was very receptive anytime I reached out. If I am heading to Baltimore again, I'd reach out to her first! She made this a wonderful adventure for all of us.

Nice place

The purpose of this stay was to have a nice Thanksgiving dinner. The house lent itself to great family togetherness. The house is on a main street so you cannot park in front of the house. However, parking was easily found on a side street. Once inside, traffic is barely heard. Ammenities were nice. The house was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable and cozy

The property was clean, stylish, and comfortable. All of the bedrooms were spacious, and cute. The third room was in the basement, I thought all rooms were on the same floor, and the hot tub, was actually a spa bath tub. The street were the property was located, was like a mini highhway. But my overvall experience at the property was enjoyed.

Overall a great place!

Very clean and nice. It was an extremely hot week and the AC was amazing! It is a 3 level home with one bedroom on the lower level and two bedrooms on the upper level. The host was amazing and responded to messages quickly. The only complaint I have is that the wifi was slow, the connection was interrupted often, and was not sufficient for streaming.

The space was perfect and very clean. The plug-ins were a little intense for me and gave me a headache. Once I unplugged them and aired out the space, I was fine.

Great City Townhome :)

We enjoyed our stay in this townhome for a weekend stay! The home is very spacious and had everything you would need from kitchen utensils to towels and bath products! Also, the decor in the home was VERY nice! The bedrooms were all nice sizes and I particularly liked the bedroom in the basement. It would be perfect for a couple with children since it sort of 2 rooms. The only thing I would add is a small lamp in the basement because once you turn the lights off its pitch black and I personally sleep with the TV on (sound off). We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and spacious

Two of us had a very comfortable stay, each with our own room and bathroom. We were in Baltimore for a work convention so didn't have a chance to enjoy the space very much, but it is very roomy and we wished we had more time to sit and enjoy the very welcoming living room space. Communication with the host was extremely prompt and all of our questions were answered graciously. She was happy to work with us when we thought we might get stuck for an extra night due to bad weather coming in. Our only reservation about our stay was that, as two female travelers, the neighborhood seemed a little borderline. It was super convenient in that we were only a few miles from the Convention Center, but we definitely felt that we needed to uber everywhere, rather than walk, not knowing our surroundings. Overall, this is a beautiful space, well cared for, comfortable beds and baths, great kitchen...just be aware that the neighborhood might be iffy, particularly at off-peak hours for women traveling alone.
