Premium oceanfront master on the 2nd floor of tower 1! Two beach chairs and umbrella included from March 1-Oct 31, 2025. Unobstructed gulf front view on a low floor. Perfect for couples, small families, or extra overflows from a large group! Popular with Honeymooners or couples celebrating anniversaries! Extra large bathroom with soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The most AMAZING views from our oversized balcony. There is an updated well-stocked kitchen if you choose to cook (or a quick 4 minute walk to restaurants, shopping and bars in Pier Park). Free high speed WIFI, DirecTV with premium move channels & a new huge smart streaming TV. This 1-bedroom 1.5-bath sleeps a maximum of four.
Location, location, location! Very close to Pier Park. Walk to shopping, eating, movie theater and more. Calypso is the closest complex to Pier Park. The condo has a comfy KING bed in the primary ensuite and you can wake up to the sound (and view) of the ocean.
There is a new (2022) queen sleeper sofa in living room.

* This is in Tower 1, and is on the beach. (Towers 1-2 are on the beach. Tower 3 is across the street)
* Please read before booking:
* No Pets
* Renter must be 25 or older
* There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $60. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
* Parking in the main garage is limited to 1 vehicle.

The condo is lovely and perfect for a couples getaway. The view is stunning and the location is perfect for unlimited dining options, nightlife etc. We definitely recommend it!!

Cleanliness and beautiful views

Check was a breeze. Condo was clean. Bed was super comfy. Kitchen fully stocked. The views were beautiful. Close to the ocean. However the balcony is right above the pool, so we had to deal with the noise. It was convenient being on the 2nd floor bc we skipped the elevator when the lines were long. Hosts even checked on us. Super nice couple. We had a wonderful stay!

Amazing Location

We loved the condo on the beach! Close enough to walk to shopping/eating so we loved that! Place was clean and tidy. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions. Check in/check out was so easy and instructions were very easy and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

So nice

This was a great condo. We stay at calypso every year and this unit was very clean and the owners made it very easy to check in. They made us feel like guests and genuine that they want you to enjoy your stay. We had rain but we still had great family time!

Great Location by Pier Park!

Excellent property within walking distance to Pier Park and numerous restaurants. The rooms were clean and very nice. The communication with the property manager was incredible and the check-in/out process was easy.

Beautiful condo/vacation

The property was as it was shown on VRBO. I was not sure I would like the second floor but it was great. The elevators were right outside the condo door but we only used them for moving in and out. We took the stairs the majority of the time. Steve and Frankie were wonderful to work with. We got there early and was able to check in. Give 10/10 on this property. Will book again!!

Amazing place

This is one place you will not regret staying at!! It is a great location ( you can take the stairs to your room, or have a short ride in the elevator) the owner is very quick to respond to any question you may have.

Review of our stay in this beautiful condo

This condo is very clean, beautiful, and spacious! It was myself and 2 other friends, and we had plenty of room. The condo is in a perfect location, right beside the elevators and stairs. I will definitely be staying there again! Steve is wonderful to work with as well! He is very accommodating and responded to my questions in a timely manner!

Wonderful vacation all the way around. Thank you Frankie & Steve for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. This was our third stay at Calypso and our second time staying in this particular unit and have always enjoyed it. This unit is perfect for a couple, or a couple with small children.
