3 bedroom updated home on beautiful, crystal clear Chicaugon Lake. Great for all activities including listening to the Loons, swimming off of a private swim platform, kayaking (included), fishing from the pier or bring your own boat as there is a public boat ramp at the opposite end of the lake along with a nice public beach (don’t forget to visit the ice cream shoppe). Enjoy miles of ATV & snowmobile trails accessible less than a mile down the road or hit the slopes at Ski Brule only a 30 minute drive away. Looking for inside entertainment? Test out your ping pong skills or enjoy the gaming chairs playing Nintendo Switch on the 50” Smart TV.

Relaxing stay at the lake

Very quiet and relaxing stay, something for all our kids. Kayaking, paddle board, games inside the house. Beautiful location on the lake!

Nice place on nice lake

Very nice place on Chicagon Lake. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. Caught a bunch of fish off the dock. Gazebo was really nice at night overlooking the lake.

Beautiful property and excellent host!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay while we visited family in the area. The property was beautiful, the thoughtful touches in the home made our trip so much easier, and Steve was a responsive and lovely host. The lake is gorgeous and we had a fabulous time!

Beautiful lakefront escape

We loved our girl's trip on the lake! Beautiful lakefront property with well stocked kitchen and very responsive host. Loved having a dock so we could rent a pontoon boat.

UP Snowmobile Trip

Stayed here so we could take our kids snowmobiling. House was clean, had a ton of entertainment for the kids and had easy trail access. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful location!

We had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable home. It had everything we needed and more. We used the kayaks, fished off the dock, enjoyed the beautiful deck with views, and watched the loons. The lake is beautiful and the location felt so private. The ping pong table was also a hit. We will hope to return for another stay.

Fabulous week

We loved our week at the lake house. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, bonfires and the kayaks. We hope to be back next year. Thanks 🙂

Ski Brule Family Time

We had a wonderful time at this property. Ski Brule was a short 20 minute drive. The listing was extremely accurate. The kitchen had everything you needed to make various different meals. Plenty of room for 2 families with kids. Even tried a couple of tip ups and some ice skating. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely autumn retreat

Steve was very responsive the couple of times that we had questions. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to cook a big meal. Although we used the house mostly as a base camp for visiting local family members, the deck and gazebo were lovely places to enjoy morning coffee and the stunning fall foliage.

Family vacation

The deck was our favorite place and the view was amazing. It was great to have a game room where the kids could get away from adults for awhile. We had relatives who lived only 4 houses away so it was perfect! Thank you for this opportunity to get away

Great experience

Generally, everything was great. My only major issue was the mattress of the upstairs main bedroom, which needs to be replaced. Other than that, I highly recommend this lake house.

Nice and Clean

We had a group of 7 which included my 84 year old father. Our visit was pleasant with plenty of amenities, comfortable beds, and the owner responded quickly to questions. The only thing worth mentioning regarding an older person visiting, is that there are a lot of stairs to climb. Outside of that…. Beautiful views of the lake and good fishing right off the dock!

Lake comfort

Everything you need or could even think of in this cozy lake house. Plenty of beds and and plenty of seats for everyone. Well stocked kitchen, and bathrooms. Ping pong table! Kayaks! 2 docks! So peaceful and beautiful. Very, very clean and inviting. Thank you for letting us share your slice of heaven.

Great house location and view!

The house location and the house itself were great. The trails were close for side by side riding and the fishing off the dock was ON FIRE! I think my husband cought at least one fish every day we were there. The host let us do early check in, which helped with the kids! Kitchen was well stocked, lots of towels and it was so nice having a good working washer and dryer. We had a very good time at this property. The reason we said lower stars on cleanliness is because the floors were dirty under the couches (which we only noticed because our kids' toys would roll under there a lot) and one of the beds had dirt and hair on the sheets. Also because the lawn by the fire pit was not mowed which was a bit annoying when we had a couple of bonfires. Overall, it was a great property for the price.

Review of Lake House

It is a beautiful lake but the road getting there was very rough. Our bedroom didn’t have curtains on the window so I had to put a sheet up so neighbors couldn’t see in. It did have air conditioning in the living room but did not cool kitchen or bedrooms. Downstairs was cooler. Kitchen supplies were adequate. Very nice deck on back of house. There were a lot of ants outside and on the path to the lake. The outside lights didn’t work.

Perfect place to unplug and relax

The property was perfect just as pictured and described. The relaxing setting and quiet. The lakeview is the best - I think we only had the TV on one night and that was due to it raining. The place is beautiful and close to town. We loved the stay and all of talk about returning next year.
