Close to great restaurants, shopping, and a 15-minute drive to Oaklawn for horse racing and casino entertainment. Short drive to the beautiful Ouachita National Forest with ample hiking, wildlife, and scenic views.

Inaccurate description of boat ramp or lake there of and boat dock (dock is in need of major repair). Otherwise the house was very clean and nice.

Great time on the lake

We had a wonderful time with family at this property. Plenty of space for a family ranging from 3-year-olds to 71-year-olds. Fishing, swimming, and general horse-play was entertaining. The dock was ample for the pontoon boat we rented from Hot Springs Marina. Well maintained property and in a good location.

Beautiful home inside, outside areas lacking.

We were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids. Home is beautiful inside and looks professionally decorated. Beds were mostly comfortable, but bunks in downstairs bunk room are really for small children and not teenage boys or adults. Bunk was way too small for my 16 year old grandson. There were lots of dishes, kitchen utensils and pots. If you plan on cooking for a large group though, bring your own pots. There is nothing large. Wood floors needed a mopping and rugs needed vacuuming. Ceiling fans needed cleaning also. An 8 foot sofa in the living area is great, but it was not comfortable for sitting. Cushions didn't stay in place and were not at all firm. We longed for comfortable seating to watch tv. No dining table or chairs except on the deck. Only 4 barstools in kitchen area. With heat index close 110 everyday, there was definitely no eating outside. The yard does not offer much, though there is a fire pit and plastic chairs around it. Just the table and 6 chairs on the deck. The lake is beautiful, but there is only a boat dock that has seen better days. No place to sit on or by the water. We were in town for the FASA Softball World Series, not really vacation so not much time outside the ballpark. We had a terrible time with flies getting into the house. They seemed to have taken over the garage, which really needed to be pressure washed. When I contacted the manager/owner with a couple of issues, they were very quick to respond.

4th of July Family Trip

The house was great, we really liked the large downstairs bunk room for the kids. The furnishings were new, beds were very comfortable and the layout worked well for our family. The owners were quick to respond and easy to work with as well!
