Beautifully furnished 1300 sf condo comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Open living, dining, & well-equipped kitchen. King size bed and daybed in master. A queen & single over full size bunk bed in guest. Amenities include 2 pools, a saltwater swimming lagoon, Chickee hut with BBQ, tennis courts, playground, Keys type beach area (ocean swimming close by) marina boat ramp, & gated, 24/7 security.
The space:
Cool off in one of our 2 pools or enjoy snorkeling, swimming, or kayaking in either the ocean or our relaxing lagoon complete with a sandy beach. The kids will be entertained at the Pirate Ship playground. At the Chickee hut, you can BBQ near the lagoon or take your daily stroll around this tropical saltwater lagoon. With a short walk past the beach, you can enjoy either a sunset or a sunrise at the jetty where you can also do some fishing off the rocks. Sit around the fire pit at the sandy beach with some newly found friends. Pennekamp National Park is located about a mile away where you can find one of the several ocean swimming beaches and boating experiences. There are many snorkeling, scuba diving, and fishing opportunities everywhere. The many great restaurants in the area offer every cuisine, breathtaking sunsets, fun nightlife, or dining experiences for just about everyone. A two hour trip to Key West might be just what you're looking for, as you travel over the many bridges and beautiful calm blue-green Ocean waters. Or just enjoy relaxing on the balcony as you sit back and sip your favorite beverage.
