Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom apartment, located on the second floor of a four-unit building. This cozy retreat features a comfortable king-sized bed and a bathroom with a convenient tub-shower combo, making it the perfect home away from home.

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the cozy living room offers a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploration. Shared laundry facilities in the basement ensure you have all the conveniences of home during your stay.

Situated near Forest Park, you'll be just minutes away from the zoo, Washington University, Children's Hospital, and downtown attractions. Whether you're here for work or leisure, our apartment provides a comfortable and convenient base for all your adventures.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out is $50.

The place was nice and welcoming. There was a bit of an issue with Wi-Fi but Jeff made sure we were accommodated further once he was notified. Overall good experience.

Perfect! Better than expected.

Great location, easy check in process, and amazing amenities. Was able to experience fireworks, thanks to the neighbors across the street. Given the location and the brutal tornado from a few months back, WiFi connection is a bit spotty in the bedroom though, but it’s not crazy. WiFi in the living room and rest of house is great though.

Nice workspace.

Comfortable bed, full size refrigerator, Hot water, Stains on couch, no broom to be found for a 2 week stay, no cutting board in kitchen, paint issues in all rooms, trash in the rug, no access to a vacuum. No temperature control.

When we got to the unit the a/c wasn’t working, the management team moved us to the unit across the hall. We we got up in the morning we noticed bug bite marks on my son’s back. We checked under the bed he slept in and found dead bedbugs. I then checked under the bed I slept in and found more dead bedbugs. The management company noticed us the original unit’s a/c was fixed so we went back to that unit and checked under the bed there and again we found dead bedbugs. I notified the management company when we found the bedbugs in the first unit and again in the second unit. I told them this was unacceptable and we were not going to stay there. In a text message from them that they understood and would be issuing a full refund right away. It’s been over a week and no refund yet. How can you rent vacation rental property that has bedbugs? This is totally unacceptable and if I don’t get a full refund within a few days I will never use your company again and I will be posting this information with pictures on social media.

College drop off

I stayed there 7 days…dropping my oldest off to college…when I checked in I wasn’t given the code to the front door until 2 days later..when I realized I didn’t have the code. The first night the front door was open and the second night a tenant let me in..there were no towels and only one roll of toilet paper… there was no dish towel or rack to wash the dishes. Minimal dish soap..They did provide towels 2 days later The furniture Has a lot of stains on it… along with the ceilings. The tub didn’t look clean..The price was good but I won’t stay there again.

Nice place, friendly owner

My husband is traveling for work. The owner was very prompt and kind. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and quiet per my husband. He also said the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for dining and attractions.
