The Bear Den is suited to meet the needs of families and corporate travelers alike.

This 3-level home has 4 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is located upstairs and contains a king bed and ensuite 4-piece bath including a 2-person jetted tub! There are two additional upstairs bedrooms, each with a comfy queen bed, and a full bath with dual sink vanity. The large basement bedroom contains a king bed and is adjacent to yet another full bath. There is plenty of room to relax indoors in either the main level family room or the basement rec room, both outfitted with comfortable couches and 65” Smart TVs with various streaming services provided. The game room
on the main level offers a foosball table, a game table, and an assortment of board games and cards for your enjoyment. And there is another game table in the basement for more games or puzzles!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking basics and includes a dining table for eight, plus three barstools at the counter. All you need to add is groceries, which can be conveniently delivered from your choice of local stores. The fully fenced backyard has outdoor seating to enjoy the blue skies while you BBQ at the gas grill with the provided propane tank or sip your morning coffee under the shade umbrella. Having no neighbors behind the property makes your backyard fun feel private while you
enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard.

The main level of The Bear Den includes a laundry room with a front load washer and dryer, with hypoallergenic laundry detergent provided, and extra cleaning supplies should you need them. The convenient half-bath is in the hall as you come in from the 2-car garage.
