This 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms is approx. 1773 sq. ft. and features Samsung 4K Smart TVs in all rooms, cable TV, wet bar, fireplace, plantation shutters, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
It is quietly nestled overlooking the golf course with majestic views of the Santa Rosa mountains. One of the most spectacular golf course locations at PGA West with exceptional views and privacy. This is wonderful golfers paradise home perfect for entertaining with a large living room, kitchen and separate dining area. The pool and spa are nearby and a perfect way to relax in the sun. There is also exceptional fine dining, shopping, hiking, mountain climbing, and spas just minutes away.
