The Space:

》BEFORE YOU BOOK:



LOCATION & POOL: The apartment is at 1024 Ocean Drive, part of the Congress Hotel (also known as a The Strand). ROOFTOP POOL are in the main building at 1052 Ocean Drive, just meters away from the apartment.



PARKING: We recommend using popular parking apps like ParkWhiz or SpotHero for comparing parking options conveniently. Another helpful resource is [parking dot com], which allows you to explore nearby parking facilities and compare rates. Additionally, valet parking service may be available at the front desk during your registration for approximately $50 per day.



LUGGAGE: Guests are invited to use the luggage storage service at the front desk.



POOL & BEACH TOWELS: Guests can get towels at the reception for a small deposit fee.



LAUNDRY: Though the building doesn't have a laundry facility, there are alternative options nearby. One such option is the Clean Machine located at 226 12th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139. It's open from 8am to 8pm.

This could include elevator service, water supply, or air conditioning. Please don't worry- we are committed to resolving any issues quickly and providing round-the-clock assistance.

- NOT RECOMMENDED to stay with kids: Our property is in an area known for its energetic atmosphere, bustling nightlife, and active street activities. While it offers an exciting adult experience, it may not be suitable for young children.

- POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: As our property is located in a vibrant and lively area, it is important to note that there may be potential for noise during your stay. While we have taken measures to ensure a comfortable environment, please be aware that occasional noise from nearby establishments or street activities may be present.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. We do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. If you have unregistered guests in the unit, you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Minimum age is 18

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm, and check-out is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

The property was great, kitchenette was awesome for our meals, beds and pillows so comfy. Outdoor balcony was great. Now the shower curtain in the bathroom not so cool maybe you want to add a fabric one so it doesn’t stick to you when you’re trying to shower. Then just wash after every stay. Just a thought. Will return definitely.

Let's just say you can't believe everything you see in a picture.

The location was ok but the front desk person where you check in for the key was not professional at all. She couldn't answer any questions. The entry way to elevator to het to the rooms was a scare. There where people loitering amd forcing their way into the building. I had to argue with a couple who try to sneak in when i came in with my key card. For the amount of money payed to stay. The expectations were not there. The room look run down. I could say more but I'll stop. Im sure whoever reads this will get where im going.

I liked the walkability of the property and the available items for cooking and storing food. I would have liked to have a specific spot for parking. I would have liked to have a sheet and not just a comforter on the bed.
