*Please note that if you're brining a 4-legged family member, pets are ONLY allowed in the Carriage House. Pets are NOT allowed in the Main House.

This beautiful home showcases many original elements that add character and charm. In addition to the lovely history, however, we have updated bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry so you can also enjoy the advancements of modern society that we all so love!

We've included everything you need to feel at home including a fully stocked kitchen and toiletry items you may have forgotten to pack. We want you to have a great stay so if there's something we can do to help that along, let us know!

A beautiful Restoration Hardware dining table is large enough to seat your whole family together. We also have a highchair for the babes. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island if you would prefer to send the teens off to their own dining experience ;)

Lounging at night is especially nice as you can spread out in the living room, into the open kitchen, and even out onto the back patio if some of your party prefer the outdoors.

But just as it is spacious enough for larger families, the house also has a cozy feel that makes it just as nice for smaller parties!

You'll be in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood a few minutes' walk or drive to Downtown Johnson City where you can enjoy the summer festivals, music in the park, dinner at a great restaurant, or a cold beverage at one of the breweries. We think this is the best neighborhood in JC and we think you will, too.

This cozy guest house is nestled in the popular Tree Streets neighborhood of Johnson City. Her quirks include a little dip in the kitchen floor and some other "crooked" characteristics that only add to her charm. Please do not book if you are concerned about settling... and please read on if you love special places because she surely is that.

Okay, now that we've got that out of the way!

You'll be in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood a few minutes' walk or drive to Downtown Johnson City where you can enjoy the summer festivals, music in the park, dinner at a great restaurant, or a cold beverage at one of the breweries. We think this is the best neighborhood in JC and we think you will, too.

Walk your pup around the neighborhood and spot the trees located in the state-certified arboretum. Take your littles to Founders Park and let them run off some of that energy in the large, open field.

We're centrally located to some stellar mountain hikes, the Nolichucky River, a few lakes where you can rent boats or enjoy the beach. We're about an hour's drive through some gorgeous mountains and breathtaking views to Asheville. It's really the best of both worlds - stay in JC, avoid the crowds and pricing of AVL, but be close enough to take a daytrip if there's something in particular you want to explore.

>We have a keyless digital smart lock to access the property

>We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance only. We also have a Ring Floodlight facing the driveway only. These cameras are not monitored but record.

>We also have a noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected.
