This beautiful and unique tiny house is located in Midtown Tampa (3027 W Cordelia St) within walking distance to Raymond James and New York Yankees Spring Training Stadium (15-20 minutes walk). Three minutes away from I-4 and 5 minutes from Riverwalk, Armateur Works, UT, Convention Center, Amalie Arena, SOHO, Tampa Int. Airport, International Plaza and the best restaurants in town. It comfortably accommodates up to three people. This gorgeous hideaway is ideal for study, business and leisure trips. Every detail is well-thought for you. The tiny house is a stand alone building, with privacy fence around its whole perimeter, private gate and lock box (self check-in).This property is available for long term stays. We also allow college students to rent and stay at the property.

Invalid address and location

We booked this because it said it was a 8 minute walk to George Stienbrenner field. That was false info. It was 1.4 miles away. Very misleading. Other than that, it was okay.

Lovely Tiny Home

Very cute tiny home! Very easy to check in and check out. Location was great. Loved the outdoor seating. I would totally recommend this home to another. Thank you for the awesome stay.

Perfect Stay

I needed a place to stay while visiting University of Tampa and this met the bill. Quiet area not too far from campus. Clean, with a few amenities to make my stay comfortable.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed this tiny house experience! We were intrigued with the notion, and this place did not disappoint. It was very tidy, nice and neat, and it didn’t really feel like we were in a tiny house. It was much better than a hotel room, and much cheaper too! Everything was just as presented in the listing. The location is awesome, as it was close to the stadium/ballpark, the airport, Ybor City and the River Walk area. We would definitely stay there again.

Misleading Address

Definitely read the description as it lists the ACTUAL address. When you click on get directions it takes you to Raymond James Stadium because they have Raymond James Stadium address listed then a comma then the correct address. So when it says walking distances of 5 minutes to George Steinbrenner it definitely is not. It’s actually 34 minutes if you walk. So I would say that’s a bit misleading and they should change their address on VRBO. Otherwise - only other issue I would say is the bed in the loft is hard as a rock. Definitely would be nice to have a mattress pad to be able to put on it available. I saw there was one downstairs in the kitchen cupboard but that was for the futon. So me and my husband ended up sharing the futon the last night cause sleeping on the bed was just not going to work to wake up with pains in our backs. But honestly aside from the sleeping arrangements it was a cute place. We enjoyed it! I would book again just need to fix the address issue (but now I know) and the beds to be a little softer or have a pad to put on it.

a cute tiny house with a little patio out back. Everything you need. The only drawback was the stairs - they were scary! LL very helpful; wifi worked well.I would suggest moving the tv to the wall across from the couch!

Close to Raymond James Stadium we visited for “Savannah Bananas” game. Walking distance to stadium, private and quite enjoyable, cute layout!

Adorable.....

I was in town on business, as I am about every other week. I found out at the last minute that I needed to make alternate plans, and this was the perfect location. Communication with owners was fantastic and the property was amazing. All new finishes and was very clean. My only caution is be aware that this is a tiny house. This means that the stairs to the loft and the loft itself was also tiny. Didn't make muvh difference to me. until the morning.... when I had to negotiate my way downstairs which would be easy had I been 20years younger. Otherwise, the location and neighborhood was quiet and close to anything you needed. I would recommend this place!

Lovely Tiny house

We rented this house to attend a music conference. As the title says: it is a tiny pre-built house next to the main house, but it is private. Offers everything you need. Host paid attention to details offering welcome treats and providing bathroom and kitchen essentials (toothpicks, mouthwash, body lotion, shampoo, etc, salt, pepper, ramen soup, cofee, etc). Easy to communicate with host. Our plans changed several times and Tania was willing to accomodate.Pictures are misleading: there is a small fridge, not a refrigerator. Comes with a portable stove, microwave, toaster, airfryer, cofee maker, pots, pans, utensils, iron and board. Basics you need to cook and eat are offered.We are both 5 feet and had trouble dressing in the upper lodge. I was ok with the steep stairs to the bedroom lodge, but my teenager daughter did not feel safe.I did remote work during our stay, neighborhood is quiet and internet reliable. I used the multipurpose table as desk.This is a good place for 2 people; 4 will be crowded.Comfortable place for the price, will recommend or stay here again if in the area.

First time in a tiny house

Adorable! I was amazed at the layout. Everything we needed including a cute outdoor space. Very close to Raymond James Stadium. We didn’t lack anything. Very clean! We would definitely rent this again!

Nice day. Small place.

The property is a minimalist's dream. We are bigger people; I'm 6'4" and my wife is 5'8". That said, we knew what we were getting. The description was accurate. I would recommend it for shorter people.The property was clean and the location is great, especially if you're going to a football game at the stadium. It's about a mile away. It's an easy walk. and an easy walk.

Perfect stay/close to everything

We were in town for the UFC event at Amelia Arena. It was a very short five minute drive and perfect for our overnight stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the space is perfect for two to three people. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It’s my second stay and we will definitely use it again if available.

Great location and excellent communication with owner!

I am an alumnus of the University Of South Florida. My daughter is currently a freshman there. My son and I made the drive from Fort Myers. All three of us stayed at the property and attended the USF football game on Saturday. My son and I then attended the Buccaneers game on Sunday at Raymond James. PERFECT
