Your group will be close to all things Utah county at this perfectly located home. Enjoy the outdoor living space, game areas and beautifully designed living spaces. When you pull in, you have access to a 3-car garage as well!.

Great place to stay in a nice, quiet neighborhood

We had a lovely stay at this nice property. The owners were very accommodating and their communication was excellent,the home was well furnished a stocked with everything we needed.

Great stay extended family

Great stay at this property for extended family in town for a wedding. The property was very clean just as advertised lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy to check in and check out. Great host.

Had a group of 3 families from Oregon stay prior to dropping off their missionaries the next day. It was a great place! Lots of room! Great location!

Perfect home for a family reunion!

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. It was so easy to contact Carole if we needed to ask anything. The house had lots of parking spots for our big family. We loved the neighborhood! My favorite part is that it has 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms. Since it was a full house, those were must haves for us. We will definitely stay there again for our next family reunion!

Absolutely perfect stay

This beautiful, spotless six bedroom, two kitchen, two laundry room home was so perfect for our whole family. Carole has equipped the home with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Comfortable beds with quality linens, well air conditioned, fully stocked kitchens... I can't say enough good things. Very accommodating and attentive host. I feel like I made a good friend. Love you Carole.

Wedding Trip

We stayed at this large comfortable home with our adult children and dour grandchildren for our daughter’s wedding. The house functions very well and was quiet with places for babies to nap and still have nice size family spaces. We loved the walking trails to the park. Easy access to the freeway. Only negative was we tried without success to communicate with the property manager after our stay and never received a reply.

Clean, Spacious, and Great Location

We stayed in this house during my daughter’s wedding events. The house was perfect for our needs, especially with the number of bedrooms and the two kitchens. We had a lot of family members staying with us and we did our own catering for the wedding so having both kitchens available made all the difference. We loved being close to all the trails in the area, and especially the trail along Utah Lake. We enjoyed brief breaks both walking and running there. The house was clean, organized, and spacious, and the linens smelled clean and fresh. The neighborhood is quiet. We liked the proximity to Provo and Orem, as well as I-15. We would definitely stay here again.

Not what was advertised

Upon arrival at our location imagine our surprise when nothing was remotely like the property in the pictures! In fact it was a completely different home! The owner claimed it was a VRBO glitch and refunded our money but we were left to scramble to find a different location that suited our needs. It was a complete rodeo and trying to get help through VRBO was ridiculous!

Comfortable Stay

We had a wonderful time at this location. We were a group of 10 women. The kitchen was well stocked. The queen and king beds were very good. The smaller beds were not as nice to sleep on but would be fine for a young child. The location is close to a variety of restaurants. When we got there the house was very hot but the owner showed up and got the a/c working for us. The owner has installed a thermostat which does not allow you as the guest to control the temperature. This made for an uncomfortable first night. The next night we just opened up the windows to get the house cooled down before going to bed. Overall a good stay.

Perfect rental for a large family

House was supplied with many extras (pantry had pancake mix and syrup, waffles in freezer, laundry detergent and fabric softeners). Enough dishes to serve a large group. Pots and pans for cooking, Beds were comfortable. Sheets and towels were nice and clean. House was spotless when we arrived. Hostess bent over backwards for us and even supplied a instapot at our request. Neighborhood was quiet and up kept. We felt very safe and secure. We had to get used to using the garbage compactor in the kitchen. But appreciated that one garbage bag could hold a weeks garbage. It did get a little stinky tho. We would definitely stay here again Thank you to host for offering your lovely home.

Nice option with convenient location, but some issues

Our family of 15 stayed in this pretty home for 3 nights for a wedding. We enjoyed the location and the design of the home. When we ran into problems, the manager was quick to respond. This home is a great example of how the owner needs to spend 3-4 days living in it to experience what is missing, broken, or needs cleaning. Here are our pros and cons: Pros - plenty of beds and bedrooms - having 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 2 laundry was handy for a large party -clean, fresh design -nice yard -TVs in every room - bathrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs - lots of thoughtful inclusions such as coffee, laundry soap, seasonings, flour, and sugar. - kitchen was well stocked with many small appliances - cleaning check-out list was fair and simple Cons - the house needs a deep cleaning. Mold in the primary shower, dirty light switches and doors by the handles, moldy window tracks, etc - the bedroom with the full bed upstairs was very low to the ground and my 84 year old grandmother was unable to get out of it. The manager did send over maintenance to put some risers under the bed, which helped. - Kitchen was missing a cutting board, had a rice cooker full of mold, and only one VERY dull knife. - bathroom space of 3 bathrooms was always tight for so many bedrooms / guests - Need to upgrade from 1st gen AppleTV because the apps no longer work - outside grill was so rusty it was unusable - upstairs living space was tight when we were all together
