The Summit Condominium Resort will be undergoing a Balcony Maintenance Project from September 1,2025 until January 15,2026. Construction will be taking place from 7am until 7pm Monday Thru Saturday. This is due to the Milestone Inspection requirement by the State of Florida. Balcony will be closed ONLY when work is being performed on the balcony but will otherwise remain available for use during this project. However construction noise can be expected.

Great Location

This rental was great for a 2-day stay with a large family. Beach location was perfect and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed the balcony! The unit is a bit dated and we found that it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. Many of the pots/pans and dishes were damaged and filthy. Overall, we were happy with our short stay.

Don’t stay here

We had to turn in all license with our party first night there. The rest of the party did not get there to the next day. I assume the reason they took all the tag numbers was to make parking passes and have them ready at the gate. Our first guest got there and they would not let them in until parking pass was brought to the gate. After we got to the gate she then changed it that they needed wrist bands. So we had to go back to the 15th floor and get wrist bands. The person in the lobby was as rude as the person at the gate. I paid for a three bedroom condo 3 of the closets were locked to guest including the master closet we had to hang our clothes on the drapery rod. It was not family oriented at all. We sat and watched two guest being very inappropriate at the pool.

Nice condo

Nice condo. Biggest complaint I have is the elevators was broken everyday which caused long waits. Also the pool closed really earlier. Every other condo we have stayed at over the past 10 years pool was open till at least 10 or 11pm

Family beach trip!

We enjoyed our first stay at the Summit. We had 7 adults and 2 children under 5. Second week of July. Plenty of room in the condo and we enjoyed the large balcony space. The pool does get crowded but we went out early if we wanted less of a crowd. They did have a DJ by the pool on the weekend. Which we really enjoyed! We loved the umbrella and two beach chairs included with the property. The beachfront view is breathtaking! We had a couple very minor issues at the condo. Our host responded immediately! The only real complaint we had was the elevators. Especially during check in and dinnertime. They are very slow and hot. We found that using the end elevator was faster than the middle. One was also not working all week. Overall we had a great week! Last thing, Bikini Bob's is a short walk from the pool. Very reasonable prices on food and drinks! Loved this perk. Didn't even have to leave the property unless we wanted to.

Condo is great!

Condo is great, elevators not so great on a holiday week (July 4th) and they need fans in them or some kind of ventilation and signs to not overload! The pools close at 8, which we were told they are trying to get new lights installed to solve this issue. John with JES Vacation is amazing, anytime i emailed him, he was very quick to respond. We love the Summit and will continue to book!

Family Vacay

We had a great stay! The condo was nice and had an amazing view! The property owner was quick to respond and very kind. We weren’t able to check in until a few minutes after the check-in time, but we were allowed access to the pool a few hours before check in time which super nice!

Great location

Owner was very easy quick to communicate and helpful. Property has been around for a long time but was still nice. Beach area was very spacious and you didn’t seem to be bunched up even closer to the water. The room was very accommodating for 9 adults and 1 2 year old. The only complaint about the room would be air conditioning was locked and would not go below 70 but I understand the need for that. But to me 70 was comfortable even with 10 people. The only other thing with the room is maybe getting softer comforters Bikini Bobs was terrific we ate there for lunch several days. Everyone complains about the elevators but we didn’t have to wait hardly anytime on them and we stayed on the 15th floor. On busy checkin days the staff even ran one of the elevators so that it would be quicker. We would definitely stay here again because of location and how great the owner was to work with us. We even added a extra night a few days before arrival time. The summit has been there for years and they are working on keeping it up to date but location location location.

Great pictures, property and facility run down

Pictures not very representative of property. The Summit is very dated and the condo was patched together. Elevators were inoperable most of the time. There are elevators at each end of the Summit with 2 in the middle. At most, only one of the 4 would be in service at a time. Beach is fantastic and drinks are cheap. This would be a great place to put a resort. Unfortunately the Summit and this condo are in desperate need of a makeover. We also had a mouse in the condo that would run by periodically. Also, the lease outlines a list of charges that may be tacked on for various reasons. These stipulations are made after you pay your non-refundable payment.
