Great place to stay. Everything we needed, the house was very well supplied, very clean, exactly as the website shows. If we come back to SF, this is where we’ll stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoy this home. Unfortunately we had a rodent experience that was a bit traumatic. The PM stepped in and graciously moved us to a lovely Eastside historic property but we still missed this house.

Wonderful Days at Casa Bonita

Our time in this lovely home was spectacular!!! It is located up on a lovely hill looking down on the valley around. Yet it is near the city and all the activities.The home is exactly as pictured…simply lovely. We actually would spend a slow morning in the house just to enjoy its relaxing beauty.

Great place to stay in Santa Fe

Spacious house with room for family to spread out and great views of the mountains. Very clean and well stocked. Good location—short drive into town and close to Canyon Road. All in all a good place to stay.

Nice Place

Quiet neighborhood, but very walkable to Canyon Road and up to town square. Three large mule deer greeted us in the driveway one morning. Would stay again.

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful time enjoying this very special property. The views from the home are amazing and worth the climb up the steep gravel road to get there. We spent lots of time on the patio taking in the mountain views - in the morning and at night. What a beautiful Santa Fe home this is!

Mountain adventure.

We enjoyed the interior of the property. We did not expect to drive up a very steep gravel road. We are ladies in our 70’s. It was challenging to get out luggage from the car, across gravel and up stairs.

Beautiful home, Beautiful Location

This lovely historic (with addition, I think) home sits atop a hilltop gravel road. Views are gorgeous. We sat on the patio in the morning and watched the hummingbirds visit a feeder. Our 2 teenagers each got their own room and bathroom (huge win). There is a walking path at the bottom of the road. A quick drive to grocery stores and the square. 2 full kitchens and living areas. The beds appear to be kings in the pictures in two rooms but are fulls and could use a mattress upgrade. A lovely stay in a beautiful area and home.

The view from living room has power lines in the middle which is not clear in listing photos.

Wr had dfficulty at night in the dark locating the lockbox and correct door to enter. The home is actually a duplex and we were quite confused as to which side and what door to use when checking in. There were no outdoor lights on, it was very dark, and we had no working flashlights. We phoned the property manager who responded very promptly.

In addition to being clean and well-maintained, this home had lots of “extras” like food storage containers for leftovers, plenty of bath towels, and piñon firewood. The price felt aligned with the service and facilities. And the view! This is a wonderful home to choose if you are interested in being close to the action in Santa Fe but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Our family has been visiting Santa Fe for years, and this was the best place we’ve stayed in in terms of meeting the various vacation preferences of all of us.

7 weeks in Santa Fe

Reviewer Comments: Excellent house, way too big for the 2 of us, but the choices were very limited, as we waited till the last minute to make a decision.In terms of everything you’d need for a long stay, house was completely stocked w everything you might need.The few minor issues that arose were promptly addressed.The only issue we had was the condition of, and lack of description of the road leading to the property.House was on the top of Rim Road, perhaps 3/16th of a mile ‘up’a dirt/ mostly gravel road that was ‘deeply’ rutted.Needed to be extremely careful every single trip in and out to prevent our car from bottoming out, which it did on occasion.The fact that this was never even mentioned when we made our reservation was particularly annoying.If we would have known about this in advance, we could have factored this into our decision.After some time, it became less of an issue, and more of a daily adventure.The views from the home were great, as was the home’s condition.
