Perfect Port A Beach Home for Large Families

Our large 3000 square foot home offers 11 beds, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus game room. Perfect location and place to spread out and enjoy the house while not at the beach. We are located 2 min by golf cart to the Beach, 1 min to gas stations and shopping and on the golf cart side of Hwy 361 so you can drive to town. You can rent a golf cart less than a block from our house. Perfect size for up to 16 adults plus kids.

Perfect Beach House

We had a large group and this house fit us perfectly. Erin was so thoughtful and her property is beautiful and has everything you could need. Even the neighbors were great! We will be staying here again!

Wonderful experience

The house is beautiful and comfortable. It is spacious and allowed all 12 of us to enjoy it without stepping on each other. The kids loved the game room and upstairs loft which allowed us adults to enjoy visiting with each other around the table. It is right around the corner from the beach access where we drove golf carts to and from. Highly recommend this vacation home for your next stay!

Perfect home for our Big Family!

We had a wonderful time! The home was perfect for our large family. There was plenty of room for everyone. The teenagers loved having the upstairs and game room to get away. Erin was wonderful and extremely easy to get ahold of for any questions before, during and after our stay. We will be back!

This is my 3rd time to stay at this propery, and it keeps me coming back. The layout is perfect for large families. We had 4 in our group who had never stayed here, and they loved it too. Kids felt like they had their own space, and adults did too. Erin was fantastic with communication, and helped us resolve a plumbing issue quickly (and the plumbers got 5 stars from us too). Key things for our family: the house stayed cool with the designated temperature and fans; plenty of toilet paper, coffee pods, detergent, etc; and close to our favorite locations. Can’t wait for my next trip to schedule again.

Amazing Stay

The property was clean and accomodating. My family was taken away with all of the entertainment available. The tremendous amount of comfrot brought to us during our stay was achievable due to the amount of beds provided and communication with host. Would definitely recommend for large families and parties.

Great family house

We have stayed in a different house in Port A every dummer for the last 15 years. This was one of the cleanest we have had. Great set up for children to have a space of their own when they return from the beach. Communication from owner was great.

Perfect getaway and home

Home was so welcoming and perfectly themed throughout the house! Everthing in the home is so convenient and with so much space! Beach house

We had a great trip with some friends and all of our kids. The kids stayed in the game room and upstairs loft almost the whole time!! All the adults had their own room and plenty of room to hang out back! Definitely would come back.

Eclipse in Port Aransas

The property was beautiful, very well appointed, and the manager was kindness herself. We were 11 of my "core" family, we came for the Annular Eclipse and could not have been more satisfied. Recommend most highly!

Best place I've stayed in Port A

We have been coming to Port Aransas and Mustang Island on quick weekend trips and we have stayed at a lot of different places. This has been by far the best house we've ever stayed in, super close to the stores and to the beach. Truly q great experience highly recommend it. Lots of space, the room upstairs is amazing for the kids! That alone is a great reason to stay! Thanks Erin for an awesome weekend!

Gathering of family and friends

This place is really nice and clean although a short drive to the beach. Quiet neighborhood around this time but we don’t know during summer time. Highly recommended! Thanks vrbo for a wonderful time.

Summer 2023 - Four Generations of love

It was a much needed quick getaway for our families before the kids went back to school. We had so much fun. From the beach, fishing and just to hanging out. Ending our lastnight with a fire and smores on the beach. The house was perfect for all of us.

Port A Getaway

Our extended family came to enjoy the beach in Port A together. This house was a perfect place for the adults and kids alike. We had a few challenges with our travel but the host was so communicative and accommodating! They even kept us updated on island-wide internet outages and ordered additional supplies for our stay due to a tropical storm moving in. We love Port A and will be back! Thanks to our host for making our trip comfortable and enjoyable.

Best Family Trip EVER!

We loved everything about this home… it felt like our home! Plenty of room..lots to do for kids.. perfect location off 11th street since you can get anywhere in town from 11th. Kitchen/dining area was roomy and ohhhh so nice! I can not say enough good about this home! You went out of your way to make it personal and wonderful! Thank you so much!

Awesome for Large Families

We celebrated a late Christmas with our adult children and our grandchildren. The house was perfect for our large family. The bunk room above the game room was perfect for the grandkids and everyone had a bed! The host was super responsive and even left us a welcome sweet treat from a local bakery! Location was very convenient and not far from family that lives in the area. We will definitely be going back.

Great house for large families

We were a group of 17 with ages from 1-92, and it was amazing! One room was off by itself for the greatgrandparents, three rooms were near each other for the other adults, and the largest room was upstairs for all the grandkids and cousins. The house was in walking distance for the adventurous and young, and a quick drive in the golf cart for everyone else. Plus, it was just a couple blocks from the shops and restaurants. The owner was so kind and helpful as well. We will definitely look into staying here again!

Paradise Home

We travel to Port Aransas every summer for vacation with friends and family. This was by far the best house we have ever stayed at. We absolutely loved the large open living room/kitchen not to mention the fabulous game room! The bedrooms are spacious and the “bunk room” was amazing for the kids. This beach themed house will not disappoint!! Additionally we’d like to add that the communication with the owner was over the top super friendly. We can’t think of one thing that would’ve made our stay more amazing than it was! We highly recommend!!

As we looked for a beach home for our family and to share with others, we fell in love with Port Aransas. We property manage ourselves and strive to bring you a an inviting, clean and comfortable home to make your own family memories.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When searching for a beach home we looked for a place that was close to everything- just a golf cart ride away to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We wanted a large home without a lot of stairs that would comfortably accommodate multi or large families that can spread out and relax. We also wanted to have a place that kids young or older, could have fun when not at the beach in our game room or upstairs in their own bunk room with lots of sleeping areas and their own TV.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are located in a great location- a beautiful neighborhood right around the corner from the beach, near golf cart rentals, restaurants and shopping giving access to everyone without having to get on the highway. If you are an exercise enthusiast you can bike, walk or run close by. Our house is over 3000+ square feet with lots of areas for privacy or common areas to enjoy each other. We love the upstairs unique bunk room that sleeps 8-10 kids. We hope you walk through our doors and let island time come over you and stress roll away!
