Description* This cozy 3-bedroom cottage accommodates up to six guests and is newly renovated, located a short bike ride from Huntington Beach Pier and Main Street.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Cottage. The location was perfect, not in the overly crowded area near the pier, but still close enough to walk there. Plus, the beach is literally just steps away. We'll definitely be coming back in the future!

Fun Beach Getaway

Really enjoyed our time at the property for some family time at the beach. Relaxing on the with the fire pit was wonderful! We really enjoyed ourselves!

Excellent property

As pictured and advertised. Ground floor condo, interior designed for vacation rentals, clean and functional, excellent beds. Fire pit and patio is great. You can hear the neighbors above, but it’s not obtrusive. Close proximity to houses either side, some noise heard during our stay. Location is excellent.

Great place by the beach

Really nice little spot if you’re looking close to the beach. Great location. Nice big patio and huge projector screen in living room which was fun to watch football. Very comfortable. Even stayed an extra night.

Annual Autumn Beach Getaway

This is the nicest property we have rented in Newport Beach in all the years we have done this annual vacation to visit my aunt. The beach is so close that my aunt could walk to it easily. Rich is so funny and nice when you get the.checkin tour. Everything is explained in detail. Wonderful vacation place.

Perfect spot for a ladies weekend

We stayed here with a group of ladies from college and had a great time. The location right by the beach was incredible and the property was spotless, with all of the details thought of ahead of time.

Fantastic Location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for beach access and the restaurants and bars at the pier. We loved the fire pit for the cool evenings and the size of the patio with the full open sliding doors. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as the bathrooms with plenty of tp and towels. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was good quality! We loved the projector and watched the games, baseball on the wall and basketball on the TV! We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome Beach Vacation

We had a great time here. My family was super comfortable. We came down for my son’s college graduation. Richard welcomed us, gave us a quick tour and we settled right in to a lovely beach weekend. I highly recommend getting bikes from Richard, so you can stay out of your car and access everything there is to do in Newport

Beautiful property, incredible location, fabulous host!

We have been to Newport before- this is by far the best property we’ve stayed in! Clean, wonderful hosts- very helpful! Spacious rooms and bathrooms, wonderful kitchen, favorite room was the giant family room! Loved the porch, fireplace! Hope to make this trip a tradition!

Fantastic location

We loved our stay at the Coastal Cottage. The location was convenient being sso close to the beach. We loved the big screen movie projector to wind down after a busy day. Fantastic rental.
