The Space:

Enjoy sunset after striking sunset from the home’s back patio, set alongside the banks of the cove and offering an unmatched sense of serenity as you watch the boats drift lazily by. Sink into comfortable outdoor sofa seating with a good book in one hand and a cocktail in the other, the string lights softly glowing overhead. The grill master among you will enjoy whipping up an authentic barbeque feast, served tableside at the dining set for 6. To cap off the night, enjoy a soak in the bubbling hot tub before heading inside for a peaceful night’s sleep.



Located less than a 5-minute walk from the sparkling, sandy shores that line this city for miles, you’ll be within a stone’s throw of spending your days soaking up the plentiful sunshine, popping to and from the home to refresh supplies as needed. Stroll down to the iconic Newport Beach Pier and Boardwalk to snap a few pictures of the vibrant sunset after shopping and dining at the many establishments you’ll find minutes from your front door.



The home’s modern interior offers clean lines and soothing neutral tones ideal for relaxing between excursions on and around the water. Surf the channels or queue up a movie in the living room, inclusive of enough plush sofa and armchair seating for the whole crew. The open floorplan creates an organic connection between spaces, ensuring no one is every left out of the conversation. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, TV, and deck access.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Primary renter must be 25 or older and present at the property throughout the reservation

• 10pm Quiet Time strictly enforced by City of Newport Beach, please be kind and adhere to this policy!

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Garage parking available for 1 vehicle.

• This home has a strict No Pets or Animals policy.

• Owner equipment at the home is not for guest use such as Bikes, paddle boards and Boat. Please do not attempt to use.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras, the fist located on the back patio, actively monitoring the patio furniture and the second located on the side walkway, actively monitoring the side entrance.



** A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required and will be collected at the time of booking.**
