Este condominio recientemente remodelado cuenta con un gran patio privado al aire libre, muebles renovados y hermosas vistas al mar y al atardecer. 2 lugares de estacionamiento designados. W / D en el garaje. Balboa es una pequeña y pintoresca ciudad costera que consta de solo 3 pequeñas cuadras adyacentes al muelle de Balboa. Aquí puede examinar las tiendas, restaurantes, bares y FUN Zone. Beautiful property and location

Wonderful location and beautiful full wall windows to enjoy the view. Sad we couldn’t see the ocean from the home but with how high the tide comes in I see why they need to have the sand so high.

Great retreat!

This house was in a fabulous location. Walking out the back door onto the beach, and a short walk up the boardwalk to get coffee, made this trip a true California experience. The bedrooms were comfortable and the great room gave us a gathering space for everyone to relax. Easy checkin and communication. Thank you!

Family beach vacation

There were many things delightful about this rental … location, beachfront, complete kitchen, large dining table for whole family, flawless check-in, everything worked etc.The negatives were plates in cabinet were dirty, the ice trays were filled with soap and then water (!), previous tenants hair on a bed, garbage left under the couch, no gate to close the little backyard so preschoolers were contained. Overall a good visit just several things which would’ve made it a great visit.

We really enjoyed our stay anx accommodations were good. Fully stocked kitchen only needed another kitchen towel. Plenty of room inside and on patio. Only negative thing was outside needed some maintenance. There were weeds growing and trash by outdoor shower and driveway

Only issue was the up stairs guest walking around making noise all night long and the neighbors next door the first night. But over all we had a blast . Would get it again .

The patio on ground level is very spacious for eating or lounging amd watching the world walk by. The only very slight negative would be the inability to actually see the ocean, because of the sand dune build up to protect properties from ocean run-off (I think this is why).

The houses were impeccably clean which is not the usual for beach vacation rentals. The waves at this beach are a shore break so if you have little kiddos be vigilant and right on the waters edge. Comfortable Stay in an Amazing Location

The kitchen was perfectly appointed. We used the grill when the weather was favorable and enjoyed people watching all day. In the mornings we rode bikes along the strand. We even had a few local family members drop in and parking was never an issue. The proximity to restaurants, the pier, shopping... everything make this an ideal getaway location. We'll be back!

The other bathroom is in the hallway with the other bedrooms. The kitchen has everything we needed. The patio was the best part, right on the beach walkway. Great having your coffee out there. There is public parking very close to have day visitors over. There are fire pits on the beach too. Great location, everything in walking distance. Just a reminder that there is another apartment above you.

Bought bed sheets to cover the couch so we could sit on it.. would have been nice to have a vacuum cleaner in the house to keep up with the daily use.....👎

The house is not the biggest but it has everything you need to enjoy the beach. The house has 4 bedrooms with comfy beds and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom does have fans which is nice. The kitchen has everything you need and was stocked with soap and some things. I brought my own Clorox wipes and cleaning products because there was none to keep house clean. They do have a washing machine and dryer on the premise which is a plus. The patio is the main thing we love. So relaxing to listen to music and play games or just enjoy coffee or cocktails. It’s a great spot near the parking lot of you want to invite day guests. Also so near all the restaurants and bars and fun zone!

Close to Be Perfect with Room for Improvement

This rental is in a prime location on the Balboa peninsula boardwalk. With beach in front, it was fun to watch kids play in the sand as everyone biked, skated, jogged, or walked on by. The only disappointment was not being able to see the water/waves from the patio (perhaps the 2nd or 3rd floor had a better view). The rental was spacious for our five guests but 8 would be tight. The bed in the room with the en-suite was too small for two adults and the living room furniture barely fit five comfortably. The kitchen and dining space were appropriately equipped and functional. Being on the bottom floor we did have some noise from the renters above that is to be expected. We used the portable fans provided in every room to help drown out the noise of the rugrats running upstairs. We were there on a hot day (85+ degrees at the beach) and the lack of AC was not a problem. Open the sliders to let in the beach breeze and/or turn on the fans and the temp was just right. I liked having two parking spaces (1 garage, 1 driveway) although with our Yukon it was a tight fit for both. Overall, a great place to stay comfortably for a group of 6 or 7. We would definitely come back.
