Podrá ver todo lo que pueda ver hacia el mar y hacia arriba y hacia abajo de la playa. Verdaderamente una vista de un millón de dólares con una tasa asequible. El plano de planta tipo 'B' es el único en todo Sunbird con el dormitorio en el golfo. Te encantará esta propiedad de un dormitorio, un baño que puede alojar cómodamente 4, 2 en una cama king y 2 en un sofá cama Queen. ¡Nos vemos en la playa!

Disfrute de la primera taza de café de la mañana y disfrute de una puesta de sol diferente cada noche desde su balcón privado. La cocina está totalmente equipada con los principales electrodomésticos y elementos esenciales para cocinar y comer.

50 'TV por cable en la sala de estar, con reproductores de DVD y CD. Está equipado con un sofá cama doble. Las paredes espejadas extienden la vista general del golfo. El dormitorio también tiene una televisión por cable con pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas y una cama king size. Ventiladores de techo en salón y dormitorio.

Sunbird es una comunidad cerrada que está orientada a la familia y se encuentra en Thomas Drive, al lado de la famosa casa de costillas 'Pineapple Willy's. Solo un paseo por el ascensor y unos pocos pasos a través de una puerta contigua y estará listo para un delicioso almuerzo o una agradable cena al atardecer en su muelle. Camina de regreso por la playa !! Si necesita comestibles, Wal Mart está muy cerca, camine o conduzca. Juegue al golf en Signal Hill, que se puede ver desde The Sunbird. Hay otras tiendas y restaurantes a poca distancia. Sunbird tiene un gimnasio en las instalaciones.

Tanto el este como el oeste de las torres tienen una piscina. Occidente se calienta según sea necesario para los días más fríos. Las parrillas de barbacoa de carbón se encuentran en la cubierta de estas piscinas. La piscina principal se encuentra entre las dos torres. The mattress is in DESPERATE need to be replaced. The room was not very clean, and many maintenance issues that should have been handled before our arrival.

Weekend getaway

Stayed here for a 3 night weekend getaway with my husband and daughter. Property was easy to navigate and in great location. Property is very nice. Only negative is that there was no broom or other option to sweep the floor from the sand/seaweed that collected over the days.

Thoughts

It was great except the elevator kept breaking down, the trash shoot was broken and you had to carry trash all the way to the 1st floor. The main pool was out of order and there wasn’t enough room in the small pools for all the guests, not enough chairs at the pool.

Nice Stay

This was a very nice stay, however some things needed a change. The pull out couch mattress was very hard--you could feel the springs. We bought a air mattress to put on the couch to be able to sleep on it. I would add another chair to the outside if possible. The bedroom seemed hot even with the temp down. Not a big deal, but the toilet ran constantly. The kitchen was very well stocked and LOVED having the beach chairs available! Overall a nice place!

Amazing paradise!

The condo was absolutely perfect. Amazing views from the balcony. Plenty of space inside when we had to be inside. Easy access to the beach. Close to stores and restaurants. Secure parking lot. There was construction happening on the buildings but hardly heard any of the noise from it. Definitely would recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful view. Easy check in. Liked having a gate code to get in. The negatives - it was pretty small, toilet ran almost constantly, and the police were at the property 3 nights in a row - nothing major, a domestic issue, and then just a bunch of rowdy kids/young adults that couldnt hold tgeir liquor. The negatives were all manageable though and we had a fabulous time.

Nice Getaway

Had a great stay. 1008W was everything as advertised. Perfect for a couple. We were there during Spring break and still were not bothered by the Spring breakers or any noise. We would rent this unit again!

Property in fair shape.

The apartment was adequate and clean. Issues included a broken TV in master which was replaced promptly. Crumbling tiles in bathroom with apparent old mirror replaced and in need of new paint to cover the area surrounding the new and smaller mirror. Outlets in living area need new boxes and covers. The kitchen was well stocked yet absent of any spices or condiments, something to note if you are a short stay and plan to cook. It forced us to eat out rather than purchase expensive spices and oils we could not bring back to home. The view, the beach and warm sunny days made up for the rest as was the attention of the staff especially the guards (just wonderful esp. Tanaka) and the engineer. The biggest issue we had was that the facility as advertised had a tennis court and other outside games. The court clearly needs replacing as does shuffleboard and bocci court. No fencing, no net and terribly decayed court with large cracks and the “state of the art fitness center” was clearly absent of cleaning, several hand weights and working machines. Consider all this as constructive criticism on how to improve the property give it costs $1200 a week. We achieved our goal of relaxing, yet despite our walks, lack of daily tennis playing and two days of rain as well as being tempted to eat dessert when we ate out we came home with a little extra baggage and not the luggage type. Last note of caution to others. Many restaurants and businesses are closed from November to March. Call fist before you head to a restaurant as many websites are not updated to reflect this seasonal change in hours.

Pineapple Willy’s is next door & very loud on weekends

The condo was awesome. We checked in early on Friday. We tried to turn the thermostat down to 68 but the owner did not let it go below 70. It cooled down with the two ceiling fans. The toilet would not flush without holding the handle down for a while. My fiancé fixed it while we were there. Friday evening was extremely loud from adults screaming and loud music until 2:00 a.m. from the large open beach bar, Pineapple Willy’s, next door. About 3:30 p.m. & again later that afternoon the Sea Screamer boat comes to Pineapple Willy’s and shoots off what sounds like a cannon, twice each time. Great place as long as you’re not looking for peace & quiet.

Great First time

This was our first time to Panama City Family trip. My brother and i both rented condos @ the Sunbird and both family were comfortable in our condo nice and clean. I had a 10 fl and he had the 1st both were beautiful. Will will most definitely be coming back next year. Really enjoyed that the beach was right in behind us kids loved it especially! 🥰

sugar shack was as described

Everything went according to plan as far as the rental property goes. The only real complaint we had was a strong odor that we noticed immediately when we arrived, so we called Emerald Properties to let them know about it, and they told us that it was from something the cleaning crew had used and that the smell would dissipate shortly. It did not smell like the household cleaning products that I've ever used like bleach, lysol etc. While the strength of the odor did get weaker, it never fully went away during our 4 day stay. I would recommend trying to find a more pleasant smelling cleaner. Sidenotes about the "sugar shack" in Sunbird: 1) The condo has 2 beach chairs that could be taken down to the beach each day you visited, but there were also beach chairs and umbrellas that were also available (possibly to rent?). We never found out if they were part of the condo or if you had to pay for them because we had brought beach chairs from home to use just in case the condo didn't provide any, so we just used ours. We couldn't tell for sure by the condo description if the condo had any chairs, or if the beach had some available for rent, or if we needed to bring our own from home. We also never found anyone to ask about the the beach chairs and umbrella while we were on the beach, but it appeared they had their hands full because they were working the condos on both sides of Pineapple Willy's at least. 2)The cops will run you off the beach and tell you it is closed at 10pm each night. Not just teenagers (which seemed to be able to evade the cop anyway). The cop would tell EVERYONE that "the beach is closed" and tell you that you had to leave even if it was older couples or families with small children by the water with flashlights. Said the beach between "Boardwalk and the Majestic was closed" and would not give us an explanation, just told us we had to leave. The whole thing seemed strange to us, but we watched it happen from our balcony over and over.

Little league World Series trip

Condo was very clean and the view is amazing. Pools are average, but we stayed at the beach most of the time when we weren’t playing ball. Location is convenient! Just a few improvements: light bulbs in master bedroom were out and we could never get the tv in master bedroom to work. Property owner never once checked in on us, asked how we were doing or nothing. A friend of mine stayed on the floor below us and told me her property manager checked in often. Property could use some updating on pictures on walls and bedding. I do wish the condo had its own laundry. Minor things!

Ironman race

The condo has been an excellent experience. I work a stressful job as a frontline worker. The view of the ocean from every window has been spectacular.the sunsets amazing .i have felt so spoiled here all weekend. I decided to stay an extra night. God willing I will be back next year for Ironman and stay here again. Worth every penny
