Awesome gated back yard. Garage. All necessary items were supplied and then some. Very safe, owner friendly and very informative. Great place to stay.

Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen was beautifully stocked. Water pressure in the showers was fabulous. Plenty of space to spread out for two adults and two teens. Communication with the host was quick and easy. It is not a full 4-bdr, which was fine for us as we bunked up together and it all worked out. But that might not work as well for others. We arrived late at night and it took us a little bit to figure out which house it was and how to access it via the ally - so some additional description there would be helpful. Overall a great stay!

Family wedding

We traveled to the area to attend a family wedding with 5 adults and an infant. The house was so clean and in a great location with parks, restaurants and shopping all easily accessible. The house was very clean! The kitchen was well stocked but might benefit from a refresh for cookware. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

Review of property

Pillows were uncomfortabe; electrical outlets in the bedrooms were not easy to reach because they were behind the beds and 2 of our folks had cpap machines; ceiling lights were not easy to figure out because they were by remote; master bath shower was not easy to figure out.

Convenient Location

Jeff was a great host, great communicator, accommodating, and very helpful. This home is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of secured parking and lots of space. Stayed for a music festival a little ways but it was worth the drive for what the home offered. Highly recommend!

Great experience!

We had a fantastic time staying here! Our group was in La Verne for a three-day weekend event with high school students, and this place was perfect. Jeff was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and futon were comfortable, and the fancy shower in the master bedroom was a big hit. We also really appreciated the private garage and the extra parking space in the gated area. Overall, a great experience.

Great House

The location of the house was perfect for our stay. Jeff was an amazing host who was very easy to communicate with and was always responsive. House was perfect for the 6 of us, very clean and updated. Also nice to have available laundry with an infant. Loved the alley entrance with the gate for security of the cars, and super close to walk all over La Verne. Highly recommend the home for rental.

Parent's weekend

This was a great place to stay for parent's weekend at Claremont McKenna. We were close enough to easily access parent activities, and then we could walk to old town La Verne for an enjoyable coffee or dinner.

Christmas vacation

Excellent property in quiet neighborhood with lots of festive lights & holiday decorations. Close to shopping, restaurants, downtown and parks. Great place with room to gather and relax! Highly enjoyable extended stay I highly recommend as a home away from home.

Good and comfortable stay

This property was comfortable and provided what we needed for a family wedding. It was good for our family to spend time together and was close to our event. The property manager was very responsive and answered all my questions. There were a few little things like the coffee maker had not been cleaned out, and the master bathroom shower door did not stay closed. But overall, the home was as described.

Comfortable easy stay

We rented this property for a local memorial and were pleased that the accommodations worked well for the six adults in our family. We also appreciated the large garage area that easily accommodated 3 vehicles. Check in was straightforward. I also appreciated details like soaps, shampoo and good lotion! Couple things that could be better. There were messages everywhere telling us “what to do and not do”.It felt very controlling. And gave no impression that we might be intelligent people that respected the property. The kitchen cookware lacked lids which made good cooking a challenge. There was however a lovely amount of spices and oils. Just goes to show us again…bring what you will need!

convenient and quiet neighborhood

It was a great base camp for my family as we visited relatives in the area. Everything as advertised. Stores close by for supplies and a park nearby we walked to with the kids. Thanks!

Quiet and Clean

This was a great place to stay with my family of 4 and brother and fiancé. We’re a quiet group and this was a perfect home for just that. It was very peaceful, clean, and we loved the backyard with the fruit trees. My only suggestion is to offer check out instructions. We weren’t sure what needed to be done from a “cleaning” perspective. Every home seems to have different expectations so having those known would be helpful for future guests. All in all I would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re visiting!

Great home

Loved our stay - very clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities you need. The double futon listed is a futon mattress you can lay on the floor. There is a loft area that is not furnished currently - we needed an additional bed for all our family so we purchased an air mattress and put it up in the loft.

Perfect house for our needs

The house was nice, very clean, and an easy walk to La Verne University, downtown La Verne and a Target store. The garage and driveway provided more than enough room to park our two cars, with an electronic gate for security, and the house had plenty of room for the five adults in our group. Jeff was very easy to communicate with. We had a very enjoyable stay in the house.
