Quaint kitchen with built-in pantry, which leads to rear room surrounded by windows and views of the bay. Also has 1 full bath and laundry area.
2nd floor has 3 decent size bedrooms and full bath. Original solid wood doors with antique hardware. After beach or hanging by bay there is a Rear yard porch with table, chairs and umbrella to enjoy happy and meals. Home also offers garage for storage and 2 boat slips. Spacious rear yard for kids and games. Bring your boat , kayak, or take a dip in the bay, this home has plenty to offer. You can walk to main shopping district with bars,restaurants and plenty of shopping. Bay and beach you have it all...
