This three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation home in 30A can accommodate eight guests, use of the golf cart at no extra cost and is also pet-friendly. It also features incredible amenities including a private gas grill, and so much more.

Wood Beach Retreat

Perfect location. Home was so beautiful and very clean. Rooms were nicely sized and home had everything we needed to be comfortable and function like a home away from home. Loved the fire pit, wrap around porch and back porch sitting area. Hope to return again.

If you want a beautifully decorated and appointed home to stay in while enjoying the Emerald Coast, this is the place to be. This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. We LOVED our two weeks spent here!

Great location and DEER came to visit:)

Beautiful neighborhood. Lovely location on the corner with a pretty view. While there deer came by and it was treat to just watch them. We enjoyed the bikes and its walking distance to the beach. If we had any questions they answered within minutes. Great house highly recommend.

Beautiful home in very calm neighborhood

Would we recommend this house to a friend? Yes! Will we be back? Very likely! Great home in very nice neighborhood. Nothing left to be desired. If so, service was a phone call away. We had a pleasant stay at this upscale vacation destination.

Spring Vacation

Nice neighborhood. Lots of traffic when driving on 30A. No propane in tank for fire pit. Gas grill average. Beds are average. Drains in Master bath shower and left side sink need maintenance. Squeegee for shower would be nice. No cushions for outside furniture. Size okay for 3 adults.

Modern and comfortable

Enjoyed our stay in this upscale, quiet neighborhood of Sugar Beach, just a short walk to the beach access. Home seems brand new and very clean; great sofas with plush down decorator pillows; great master bedroom suite with modern shower; loved the special switch in the bathroom to give a blue glow at night. Management company was very responsive to a minor issue. Had some intermittent internet problems, and learned that it is common in the Seagrove Beach area, as well as in many places on 30A. Loved being able to walk to dinner at Cafe 30-A and the Surfing Deer. Enjoyed cooking in-- kitchen was reasonably well-equipped. Only suggestion is to get more comfortable dining room chairs with better backs, and also have only one --or no--bench.

Listed with golf cart, hour before we ck in got email saying golf cart was not available due to maintenance. Gave me $503 refund. Called company referred by management company, cost me $824 and didn’t have cart til next day. Garbage was full and AC never went below 70

Spring Break Rental

The property looked like it wasn't cleaned it was a mess on the outside as well as inside. The cleaning service looked like they did a quick clean which wasn't good, especially for the price we paid. It was like checking into a motel where you get what you pay for. In this case, it should have been immaculate for the price. Sand and leaves were everywhere, bra in front yard. Trash can was overflowing. Golf cart cover was laying across front yard. Hair in si k and drawers. Dirty qtips in trash. Last renters paperwork on fridge. 1 bike was not locked. 2 bathing suits were in the dresser. Extension cord from cleaning service laying on porch. Place had no curb appeal like the pictures online. Mgmt offered to send cleaning service out the next day, but that was too late. My wife and I cleaned the place the first evening since it was gross. Mgmt offered no discount and refused to even let us use the golf cart at no charge. That was another issue, the golf cart key was missing from the lockbox. Just a poor experience all around and mgmt offered little help. You can see the house was beautiful if it was cleaned right.

30A Family Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay at Sugarwood Beach. Beautiful, clean home with a great layout for a family of five. Only issue was that the golf cart did not work properly; it did not have functioning brakes or working lights. The bikes were perfect for cruising to the beach.
