Brand new, custom built cottage, with adorable heated cocktail pool already has 5 star reviews!!! Located in the sweet area of Old Seagrove on a sandy road, this cottage is minutes away from the beach, Seaside and Watercolor. This charming 3 bedroom/ 2 bath cottage sleeps 8. Offering approximately 1300 square feet of comfortable living space - the large living room is perfect for movies and games. The modern kitchen and island, which seats 5-8, are ideal for fun family mealtimes and cocktails. The bedrooms have beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing decor - all are equipped with smart TVs. A large screened in back porch, with fun bed swing and eating area, overlooks the private, fenced back yard and entertaining cocktail pool - which can be heated in the winter months. Nature is abundant in the area, so don't be surprised to sea big squirrels, deer, bunnies, foxes and maybe a raccoon. A grill is provided for your outdoor cooking skills. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided.

This cottage is just 3 blocks from 30A and a short bike ride or walk to the beach, Seaside, and Watercolor. Local dining options are: Great Southern Kitchen, Bud and Alleys, Day Trader, Fish out of Water (FOOW), Wine World, as well as Black Bear Bakery and more. The Red Bar, GracePizza30A and Cafe30A are just a few miles away. Publix and Modica Market are close, so you can easily supply your kitchen needs.

Bikes and golf carts can conveniently be delivered and picked up from this location.

This is a charming cottage within walking distance of Seaside. Our family of 6 were so impressed at how well thought out were guest comforts which included thick beach towels and blanket throws for these cool evenings. The beds were all comfortable, including the kids bunks. The screened back porch with the day bead swing was a hit with everyone, as was the heated pool. Our host was awesome…loved it!

I cannot express how beautiful, charming, and convenient this sweet cottage is. It’s 5 minutes from the the Seaside square via bike or car and a 7 minute walk to the beach. The house is outfitted beautifully with very upscale furnishings and touches. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need. The beds are SUPER comfortable, and the backyard pool gets great morning and midday sun. The screened in back porch swinging bed was my favorite. During an afternoon shower, it was the ideal spot for a cat nap. I cannot wait to return.

Super clean house on a quiet street with a wonderful backyard. Perfect for a small group. Roughly an 8 minute walk to public beach access, and roughly a 12 minute walk to the square. Host is extremely communicative and accommodating. Not a single complaint about our stay - 5 stars across the board. We will be back!

Cyndi's place was immaculately clean and larger than the photos even make it seem. We traveled with four adults and three littles (4 year old, 2 year old, 1 year old) and had plenty of room. The outdoor patios/pool were perfect to relax after getting the kids to bed. Cyndi's communication was excellent - always responding quickly and also proactively checking in via text to make sure everything was going well. It was an easy walk into Seaside. We found the walk to the Live Oak beach access a little bit quicker, easier and more shaded than the walk to Dogwood Thyme. Took us about 8 minutes to get to Live Oak hauling a wagon with beach equipment and the kids. We were very happy with this rental and would absolutely stay again if we return to this area.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We have stayed several times with Cyndi because of her attention to every last detail! From the fully stocked kitchen, extra towels for the pool/beach, and numerous places to gather on front/rear porch and pool area….you’ll love this newly constructed cottage! We are already looking forward to next year.

Fantastic house

We have been coming down to 30A for over 20 years and this is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Everything was great. The house was clean and well equipped. We will be staying there again.

Unbeatable!!!

Booked this property for a weekend getaway with a few friends. We were all so pleased!! The first thing I noticed was the impeccable cleanliness. Cyndi is very easy to reach, and provided so much helpful information during our short trip. The distance to the square is perfect. The house feels private, peaceful, and reserved, but it’s so easy to get anywhere. The beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, and decor beautiful! Beach access was also incredibly easy which can be a feat in this area. Overall this is an unbeatable location, house, and price. Will be returning as soon as I can!

Wonderful Time at Escape Plan 30B!!

We had the absolute best time at this property! It is beautifully appointed and was the perfect spot for our family of five. We enjoyed the cozy interior spots as well as the screened-in back porch and back deck. The cocktail pool was a great place to unwind after busy days. The location is ideal. We were tucked away from the busy hub of Seaside, but both the beach and town were an easy walk away. We definitely want to return to this gem!

Perfect location!

We had an amazing stay. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. The small pool was perfect for our kids. We could walk to all the restaurants in seaside in 15 minutes and to the beach in the same amount of time. It was a 10/10 experience and I will be recommending it to all my friends and family.

Amazing cottage and host

We came down for the half marathon and this house was perfect. So clean and well decorated. Loved the proximity to the action. Cindy was responsive and so accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

30A perfect!

We came in town for the 30a Songwriters Festival. This was the perfect location for us. Not too far from all the great venues. All the amenities you could need. We especially loved the ability to relax in a nice hot tub at the end and beginning of our days! Definitely recommend!

Loved it! House has everything you need. This is our second time staying in a house with this host. We have stayed in both summer and winter. Both are great. This sweet home is our second cottage listed on VRBO. We had the opportunity to buy the lot during COVID and are so happy we did. We chose our facade and floor plan to match the older homes in the area and to look like it had always been there. I think we succeeded. We live in Atlanta and have found joy and fun hosting new renters and wonderful repeaters.

Old Seagrove is a wonderful grouping of sandy streets and the best trees! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants! Nature abounds once back to the house-you will find birds, squirrels, and even deer.
