All guests staying at the property understand that use of this rental property in South Florida is at your own risk. The guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the host & owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the premises and waive and release owner, agents, and employees from any liability and/or claim for personal injury, property damage, or death that may arise from Guest’s use of the facility regardless of cause, even if such cause can be associated in any way by the acts or failures to act of the owner, or any of its agents, or employees in the installation, adjustment, inspection, maintenance and/or rental of the property, or from guest’s use of the property. Guests accepts total responsibility for any and all injuries or damages of any kind which may result from any reason in the use of premises, and it is the Guest’s intention to hold harmless the owners for any injury sustained by Guest or anyone else, regardless of cause, while using the premises. Guests assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge this constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
