Great house

Lissette was amazing to work with. She always responded to my questions almost immediately. There was plenty of room for just the 3 of us. One of the beds was pretty hard. But we had a lot to pick from. The pool was amazing! The weather was cooler when we were there so we heated the pool and it was wonderful! It was an extra charge per day to heat it but so worth it. The house is close to one of the main roads so we could hear the traffic but it didn’t bother us. Walking distance to Hooters was great one day when we had a few cocktails by the pool and didn’t want to cook. The kitchen has everything. The dishwasher needs some work. It didn’t clean the dishes at all. Other appliances were great. The bathroom off of the pool area was so nice! Lots of beach towels for the pool. There was even some wash machine pods so we could have clean towels throughout the week. The house was pretty clean. Just a few things that were minimal. We even saw an alligator and 2 manatees in the canal. So cool! Overall great house and area. Would recommend for large or small families.

Great Family Stay

Lissette and her family were so generous, kind and accommodating during our trip. We were on our first family trip since my dad's passing a little more than a year ago, and Lissette pulled out the stops to make this trip memorable for us - including decorating the whole house for Christmas and sending someone over to turn on the pool heater (didn't realize it had to be pre-requested!) last minute. We are so grateful to Lissette and will definitely be staying with her again. Terrific host, great location (everything was within 15-20 min)!

Christmas vacation

We had a great time at Villa Summer by the Sea. The place was big enough for my family. My grandkids loved the heated pool. It was the first thing they did when we arrived. We enjoyed fishing off the dock. We caught some catfish and a blue crab. My family really enjoyed the pool table and my grandson couldn’t wait to tell his dad how much better he was at pool. Great time had by all. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great Property

Description was very accurate. Owner was very responsive when we had questions or concerns. We traveled with 2 other couples and our kids. Property was perfect for that. Really good location, central to pretty much everything. Pool was great. A little cold in the beginning of the week because of the weather. Kids weren't fans lol, but learned how to play pool that day.

Very solid property

Property was renovated and well maintained. The bedrooms were great. Kitchen was great. Outdoor space was great. Host was super friendly and easy to contact. Enjoyed everything about the property. Really nice. Suggestions for next time. Get a fanchise style big company cleaning service. Stock salt and pepper.

Great Stay!

We were a large group of 13 at various ages. There was something to do for everyone while at the house. The accommodations were perfect! The variety of beds made it perfect for our group. The house is supplied with everything you could ask for in the kitchen as well as all other areas of the house. Everything was clean and felt just like home. The game room was nice with the pool table. The house was very quiet from outside noise. We fished off the lower deck and watched a man across the water pull fish out one after the other. We even had big iguanas to watch while outside. We were on the canal for boats, but also close to the beaches. Our hostess, Lissette, was refreshing to work with. She helped with everything that I asked to make sure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.
