Welcome to your home away from home on the East Coast! Discover the beauty of Delaware in this marvelous, brand-new home. You and your group will have full schedules and tons of memories made when you stay here. Explore town by finding fantastic local eateries, arts, entertainment, shopping, antiquing, and family-friendly attractions. When you're not lounging on the beach, stay closer to home and take a dip in the nearby pool in the community (anticipated opening July, 2022).

Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light, due to the large viewing windows. Host a movie night on the large TV in the living area, or cook together in the beautiful kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. Get a restful night's sleep in any of the five beds. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort, boasting a King-size bed and a lovely en suite bathroom, equipped with a double-sink vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. Enjoy the guest room/loft with access to the second floor deck, a perfect place to gather and watch the stars come out.

THINGS TO KNOW
-An additional half-bath is located in the loft.
-For little guests, a Pack N Play and highchair are provided.
-Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect for a framily beach getaway!

Perfect getaway

We did a little girls trip for a long weekend. And the house is literally perfect. It’s a lot more spacious than the photos do justice. The pool is great because it’s just steps away from the front door. The location was also amazing. We did lots of dinners out, and it was never a far ride. We loved our long weekend and would totally rent here again.

Place was like new, VERY clean and plenty of space for a large family. Loft is a huge plus for 3 - 4 boys and plenty of space for some air mattresses.

Easy walk to grocery store. Clean with all amenities. Pool in the community is quite small. The house smells new and is clean and comfortable.

Second year in this house

This is our second year in this home- we love the location (accessible to the beach and a grocery store within a few miles), the option of the pool for our kids, the room setups, the huge main bathroom shower, large washer/dryer, and overall ease of use for our large group. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into making this a comfortable home for their guests. We noticed the mattress change in the guest rooms which was great! However, checking in was a hassle for both years, which was different both years, but both times we found ourselves waiting about an hour to get into the house. The vacasa team eventually responded well and we appreciated that, but something like checking in should not have been that difficult - whether by key or code. Overall, a great house and we would love to make this our annual beach stay. Our kids specifically requested we come back to this home next year. Management could be improved.

Terrible experience

I had the worst experience with this property. The house had not been cleaned yet when we arrived on time for check-in. The cleaning crew came and didn't clean very well so some things were still dirty or they didn't change pillowcases and some of the sheets. We were supposed to have access to the pool, but they never brought the passes. Housekeeping turned the A/C by remote control a night early so it was 80 degrees the last night we stayed. After all of this, they only refunded the cleaning fee. I will never use Vacasa again.

Cozy vacation place and perfect house for a group.

Beautiful view of the sky from the second floor and good space to spend quality time with group. The house was really neat and had all facilities needed for a great vacation. Would definitely like to come back in the future.
