Bright and Airy Townhouse 5 Minutes from the Beach

Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome is a quick drive to Bethany Beach and beautiful Delaware State Park beaches. The home is new construction in 2021 with newly furnished interior. You will find an open layout with plenty of natural sunlight. There is a spacious sunroom as an additional sitting space with a desk if needed for working remotely. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, large walk in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. The two additional bedrooms offer a queen bed and two twin sized beds respectively, with a pleasant guest bathroom a few steps away. Laundry is available for any washing/drying needs. There is also a small private outdoor patio for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing after the beach, and a community pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas. You will have access to a gas grill, and we provide beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

Quiet Neighborhood and perfect stay

The property is perfect for a family stay at the beach, the pool was empty on most days and was a great spot after a day at the beach. Parking is a breeze and the garage is a bonus for storing beach supplies. Interior of the property was like-new and a great layout. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for the opportunity to share your home and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Beautiful house for the beach!

Everything was 5 star. Super clean, really nice upscale finishes like 100% cotton sheets and firm mattresses. We were visiting family who were staying right on the beach, and we had all meals at their house, but the kitchen here was well-stocked with loads of plates, glasses, serveware and pans. Definitely would be fun to stay with a larger group here. Hockers is right down the road and it's an easy Uber to town or beach. Loved the beach chairs and cooler. The check-in was seamless. Can't recommend highly enough!

Wonderful Stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. We have been renting vacation homes every summer in Bethany for several years, and by far this was the cleanest home we've stayed in. The owners have really thought of everything in terms of what you might need during your stay. The beds were very comfortable. Check-in and checkout were easy. The location was perfect for easy access to the beach, and we even brought bikes and rode the trails at nearby James Farm Ecological Preserve, and walked across the street for ice cream in the evening. The hosts were easy to contact and very friendly. Overall, we highly recommend a stay at this home!

Beautiful property, spacious and clean. Close drive to beach. Kids loved the pool. Also really appreciated the use of umbrella/chairs from owners as they came in handy! Highly recommend!

Perfect rental for a family vacation!

We recently stayed in the unit for our annual family vacation to Bethany Beach, and it was a wonderful experience. The townhouse was large enough for the four of us, but could have easily a accommodated either of grandparents too. Rental was clean and well maintained. Having the sheets and kitchen towels supplied were a bonus, but the cooler and beach chairs were a life saver! One less thing to pack AND the chairs have straps for you to wear as a backpack. We go to the Delaware Seashore State Park when we visit Bethany and this townhome was in perfect proximity to that beach. An easy 7-10 minute drive every morning. We also enjoyed the pool every afternoon, which was never too crowded and an ideal depth for our kiddos.

Sports on the beach

We rented this location because we were in Delaware for a baseball tournament! Location was perfect t for us because we like to separate! This house was perfect in size so we all had our own space. We were able to go to Rehoboth beach, Bethany beach and ocean city! Will definitely look to book this location again in the future. Checkin easy and the host jean was very easy to get in touch with. Definitely will recommend to other families! Thanks for an amazing stay

August stay

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was new, clean, well stocked with all the necessities and was actually bigger than the pictures suggested. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with groceries stores and other shops nearby. We split our beach time between Bethany and Rehoboth as both were within short driving distance. I would definitely recommend it as a vacation rental.

Nice family getaway

We had a lovely time at this rental. The property was spacious and very clean. The check-in process was easy and the hosts were very responsive. It seems very new (a lot of bare walls), so it didn’t have your typical cozy beach vibes. but I assume they will add more to it as time goes on. The location was fantastic. Very close to Bethany Beach, down the street from a grocery store and gas station, ice cream across the street and a park for the little ones about a mile or two away. My only suggestions or comments would be to have a vacuum accessible (we did use and do fine with the brooms, but could have been more thorough with sand control) and to maybe keep a baby gate in the closet. I know our needs are not the same as others, though, and we managed fine. Would definitely suggest a stay!

Absolutely perfect

The house was perfect for us. It has plenty of room, a fully stocked kitchen, and space to relax. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to contact the host with any questions and she was very helpful and kind. It’s located very close to a grocery store and a quick drive to many beaches. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again!!
