We are within 3 miles of Rock City, Ruby Falls, the Incline Railway, the Chattanooga Choo Choo and more! A cozy front porch, large fenced in back yard with a grilling station and fire pit make this a great place to gather with friends and family. Enjoy the best of Chattanooga in a newly renovated and centrally located one-of-a kind historic home.

Just excellent!

Really...can't say enough nice things about this place. Was very clean and well thought out. Location was excellent for Lookout Mountain and even downtown visiting. Plenty of places to eat in St Elmo. Seems like you are 20 miles from downtown yet it's only about 5 miles or so. Book without hesitation! And thanks for the surprise!

Girl’s Trip

We loved our stay at Katy’s place! It was perfect for what we needed on our girls trip. The place was clean when we arrived and Katy let us check in a little early which is always appreciated. The house was decorated tastefully and the kitchen is well stocked. The neighborhood felt relatively safe. We will definitely keep this in mind for our next girls trip to Chattanooga!

Adorable Cottage

This property was everything pictured and even better in person. We loved our stay! The host was very helpful when answering questions and offering recommendations. It was very quaint and beautifully decorated. Our kids especially loved the fire pit outside and ice maker in the kitchen! Would definitely stay again.

Darling Home!

This was our third time staying at Twin Oaks! It is very conveniently located to many attractions and most importantly to my son's home in Saint Elmo! Everything is always spotless and the beds are super comfy! I would highly recommend this property!

Darling Little House

We truly enjoyed our stay at Twin Oaks! The back yard area is adorable and well as the house itself. The home has beautiful hardwood floors and the decor was very inviting! I would highly recommend this home for a small group or couple looking for a getaway!

Adorable cottage style home near downtown

This was the perfect little home for a weekend getaway with my friends from college. So cozy, so close to downtown- everything we needed to have a relaxing weekend away!

Excellent Getaway

This home was perfect for our weekend getaway. The location was great for the plans we had. Home was very clean. We cooked some meals & the kitchen had everything we needed. Host was helpful and accessible. We would stay again.

House was so comfy! Check in process was super easy! Upon entering the home, it smells fresh and clean without any over powering cleaner smells. Home was extremely clean and all kitchen items extremely clean and organized. Bed linens and towels smelled fresh and clean and were soft and comfy. Mattresses were comfortable as was all the furniture in the home. Neighborhood was quite and seemed inviting. New and upgrade park about a block down the road that my grandson loved. We will be returning for any future stays in Chattanooga!!! Katy and Brett provide an extremely quick response time and are both extremely friendly. True southern hospitality!!!
