The Space:

You will love to vacation at the brand new completely renovated Ocean Villa at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis with top-of-the-line finishes. This 1 bedroom 1 bath unit sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the main bedroom, child bunk beds in the private hall, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The open floor plan kitchen has quartz countertops including an island for extra counter space. There are beautiful coastal luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, and a state of the art tiled bathroom. You will enjoy your vacation at this villa. The villa is located on the quiet marsh side of the resort and is a short walk to the beach and pool.



Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. Enjoy the Summertime fun at HHBT. Monday night movies at the pool, Wednesday night karaoke, and Thursday afternoon pool party. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.

Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volley ball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis and bike riding.

Some of the best water front restaurants such as Hudson’s Dockside and Fish Camp are a short car ride away.

Other Things to Note:

1 parking pass is included in the displayed rate. 

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

This was my second visit after a great first time last year. Everything you need is here with easy access to the beach, onsite restaurants, pool tennis, beach bar, etc. The communication is very good and everything set up to be easy as can be to allow for nothing but time to enjoy. Thank you for sharing, I’ll be back!

Not only was it sunshine every day, but the room and manager were awesome. It was a short walk to the beach and the grilling area. it was a short drive to anywhere we did actually go to. loved every minute of our stay.

Very clean!

The place was very clean, and the host was great and accommodating! It has a very stocked selection of cookware, but unlike some rentals, it only had salt and pepper for spices and extras. If you plan to cook, bring the essentials and the extras. Many reviewers mentioned that the place was very small, and they are correct. There's barely any walking room in the bedroom with the queen bed (I hit my leg a few times), and the bunk beds are for smaller children. The living space was more roomy, but smaller than most. Other than being a little small, the space was great!

Anniversary Trip

The unit is small, but just right for two people. The unit was very clean with one exception, the rug in the living area really needs to be replaced. It is very dirty. The furniture is nice and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The tub is very slippery. My husband and I are both seniors and were afraid of falling, so we kept a towel in the bottom . Overall it was a nice place to stay with a short walk to the beach, pool and restaurant.

Anniversary Trip

Mary was easy to get in touch with. She gave me everything I needed for the property before arriving to the condo. The condo was clean and inviting. We had extra towels and wash cloths which was wonderful. We stay at the beach and tennis resort every year. This was the first time going through Vrbo. She made this simple and easy. We will definitely use her again.

A bit small

This was a nice place and we loved the proximity to the ocean but, please consider the size. I have three kids (8,6 &1) and this place was much too small for us for our short stay.

Cute, well-appointed apartment

This property is a great place to base your Hilton Head adventure. It was clean and all updates were well-finished. It had plenty of clean towels, storage, and space for a couple. Be aware that the bedroom has no natural light and shares a wall with a corridor, leading to some noise. The view is of the parking lot, but the beach is an easy walk, even when carrying chairs, etc. The property management company is very communicative via text which was wonderful. Overall, I would stay here again for an affordable, short vacation!

Cool and Clean

Our stay was amazing. It was very clean and modern. The space is small however it was just what my husband and I needed. If you have small children the bunk beds are perfect. The space has all the utensils you will need to cook, and clean. We only needed to buy the groceries. 10/10 recommend.

20th Anniversary Trip

We have stayed in this resort many times and this may be our favorite unit. It was immaculately clean. It was plenty of space for just the two of us. The 1st floor was so convenient.
